Newly discovered “reflex mechanism” lets men get rocky on command
Remember being a teenager and seeing a really sexy woman in a tight dress…
...and immediately getting “rocky” at the sight of her?
That’s all it would take to get you ready for action… just a few seconds and you’re ready to go…
Wouldn’t it be nice to have that ability at any age? Not just as a goofy, inexperienced teenager…
...but as a mature man, able to get “rocky” virtually on command and last 30 minutes or more without effort...
Well scientists now say it’s possible -- using a [newly discovered “reflex mechanism”]( that works by getting the body to produce more enzymes…
...enzymes that [drive blood flow right into your member for more engorged and longer-lasting rockiness](....

The genetic testing kits like 23andMe -- the downsides?
The idea that genes determine our life and our abilities is pure bunk.
Scientists have found that it’s what turns genes on and off -- epigenetics -- that really determines who we are and what we are capable of.
Sure, our DNA tells us for sure who we are related to and it determines what eye color and hair color we have.

But the idea that it can tell us about our future health is not altogether as straightforward as these companies who do the testing would have you believe.
Many companies offer genetic testing to determine disease risk.
A quick search on Google will bring up many different companies that do genetic testing to predict your chances of getting a disease.
“Wishart and his research collaborators suggest that measuring metabolites, chemicals, proteins, or the microbiome provides a much more accurate measure of human disease risk and are also more accurate for diagnosis. The findings fly in the face of many modern gene-testing business models, which suggest that gene testing can accurately predict someone’s risk for disease.”
But with over 3,700 genome studies now available, evidence is starting to emerge that shows that this kind of testing may not be all it’s cracked up to be…
And it may cause more worry than it’s worth.
“To date more than 3,700 genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have been published that look at the genetic contributions of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) to human conditions or human phenotypes.”
Genetic testing predicts a handful of diseases with high accuracy.
It is true that genetic testing can predict a handful of diseases with high accuracy – and that some diseases are solely a result of a genetic defect.
“The study also highlights some notable exceptions, including Crohn’s disease, celiac disease, and macular degeneration, which have a genetic contribution of approximately 40-50 percent.”
But for most of these diseases, though, you don’t particularly need genetic testing to tell you that you will have them.
You will often know, regardless.
Most diseases show little or no genetic correlation at all!
DNA testing only works for a handful of diseases.
For the diseases that don’t fall into the category above (accurately predicted by DNA) – – genetic testing doesn’t work.
“Simply put, DNA is not your destiny, and SNPs are duds for disease prediction… The vast majority of diseases, including many cancers, diabetes, and Alzheimer's disease, have a genetic contribution of 5-10 percent at best.”
That’s because genetics, for the most part, only contribute to 5-10% of you getting a disease.
That is GREAT news. Because it means that most people aren’t controlled by their genetics.
You have quite a bit of control over your own health. 90% of your health is determined by your personal choices, NOT your genes!
The reality is that you have far more control over your own health than you think you do.
And that includes things such as diabetes and Alzheimer’s – even your sexual health.
I know this because I’ve helped thousands of men regain performance in the bedroom, reverse diabetes, and lose weight.
It really comes down to the decisions you make about your health – and getting educated on what actually works and what doesn’t.
Don’t let a bad story about your genetics rule your life...
They really don't contribute much to your overall good or bad health in the scheme of things. But what you do with your life does.
----Important Message for Men Who Want to Live Decades Longer----
Live to 110 or 120? Crazy but true -- free book shows you how
Many people think living a long, healthy life is all up to your genetics…
...meaning if you have “bad” genes, you’re stuck with them and destined to get cancer or diabetes like your uncle or your grandfather...
But according to the leading scientists in aging and longevity, this couldn’t be farther from the truth!
For instance, current experiments in aging are allowing old mice to behave and perform like mice half their age…simply by rejuvenating their blood...
...and these are just early days in the research of longevity.
Harvard professor David Sinclair says 116 is just “middle age” and argues that there is no reason why humans have to “grow old”...
...while the famous molecular biologist Aubrey de Gray sees “no reason why human beings shouldn’t live to be 1,000”...

These leading experts in the field of aging believe that anyone can slow down and even reverse aging with the right lifestyle changes.
But which changes are those? What should a man do today if he wants to live to age 120 or even older?
