Men: is this one bathroom habit reducing semen production by 20% or more?
I know it sounds crazy, but there is one thing almost EVERY man is doing in the bathroomâ¦
...sometimes two or three times a dayâ¦
...that is draining men of their DHT and testosterone, and hurting their semen production.
Every time men do this one bathroom habit, toxic chemicals go straight into the prostate, where seminal fluid is made in a manâs body.
And this can make his load sizes puny and small, and even hurt prostate health...
[Hereâs what to avoid doing in the bathroom to shoot the kind of loads girls love.](

Why every man should be eating raspberries for breakfast
Raspberries are edible fruits that can grow in many parts of the world.
Raspberries contain compounds that are believed to help regulate blood sugar and insulin levels.
Other fruits containing high levels of these compounds have proven to be useful for people with type 2 diabetes.
So researchers decided to look into the effect of one type of raspberry on blood sugar and insulin levels.
The study found that red raspberries could be very useful for overweight and obese people with pre-diabetes and insulin resistance.

This human trial was carried out at the Center for Nutrition Research, Institution for Food Safety and Health, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. The journal Obesity published the results.
The study recruited 32 men and women.
21 of the participants were diagnosed with pre-diabetes and insulin resistance and the other 11 were metabolically healthy people.
The researchers looked at the effect of red raspberry on blood sugar and insulin levels after a meal.
âThis study investigated the effect of red raspberry intake on mealâinduced postprandial metabolic responses.â
The experiments used different doses of red raspberries along with a high-carbohydrate meal.
Participants were either given no raspberries, 125 grams of red raspberries, or 250 grams of red raspberries with their meal.
âParticipants were provided 0 g, 125 g, or 250 g of frozen red raspberries, with a challenge breakfast meal (high carbohydrate/moderate fat) on three separate days.â
The researchers took multiple blood samples over the next 24 hours.Â
The purpose of these blood samples was to see the effect of red raspberries on blood sugar and insulin.
âMultiple blood samples were collected up to 8 hours post breakfast with a final blood sample at 24 hours.â
Red raspberries lowered insulin levels in people with pre-diabetes.
âBreakfast containing 125 g and 250 g of red raspberries significantly reduced 2-hour insulin levels.â
The higher dose (250 grams) of red raspberries had other benefits.
250 grams of red raspberries reduced insulin and blood sugar spikes.
â250 g of red raspberries reduced peak insulin and peak glucose in the pre-diabetic group.â
Average two-hour blood sugar levels were also decreased via 250 grams of red raspberries with the challenge meal.
â250 g reduced 2-hour glucose...in the pre-diabetic group.â
The study shows that red raspberries could help with blood sugar and insulin levels in people with pre-diabetes.
âOur findings suggest that red raspberries aid in post meal glycemic control in individuals with pre-diabetes and insulin resistance.â
The fruit supplement was able to lower blood sugar with less insulin.Â
The researchers believe that raspberries can improve insulin sensitivity.
âRed raspberries reduce glycemic burden with less insulin, which may be related to improved tissue insulin sensitivity.â
Raspberries, like many other berries, have a number of beneficial nutrients.
âRed raspberries are rich in vitamins and minerals and they possess a unique profile of polyphenols.â
Other berries as well as citrus fruits are well known for their ability to improve blood sugar and insulin markers.
Strawberries have proven effective in previous trials.
âClinical studies using strawberries showed reduced insulin needs for managing postprandial glycemia, independent of fiber content.â
Blueberries are also well known for their ability to improve blood sugar and insulin markers.
âOther trials have reported improved insulin sensitivity after 6 weeks of consumption of polyphenols from blueberries.â
Eating red raspberries with breakfast can improve blood sugar and insulin levels throughout the day.
âIndividuals with pre-diabetes and insulin resistance may benefit from including red raspberries in their breakfast meals to manage glucose and insulin excursions and to lower insulin requirements for the day.â
The researchers expect these improvements to lower the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
âRed raspberries could have additional benefits for reducing cardiometabolic risk.â
