It sounds weird, but it could make your memory super good and you will always remember where you left your keys, major events, dates, movie plots, you name it! ----Important Message for Men Who Want to Be Bigger “Down There”---- This new protocol naturally boosts blood flow AND boosts size “down there” I call it my 2 Step Size System because it works in 2 ways... Step 1: Restore daily morning wood and frequent, more full boners [Can't see this image? Step 2: Increase size over time, even while flaccid [Can't see this image? Not only do you regain the size you once had, you can even add more thickness and girth over time. [Here’s how to use my 2 Step Size System at home for bigger, better boners.]( ---------- Taking care of your gut this way can prevent memory loss One thing that Western medicine does is divide up the body into different “specialties.” And there seems to be a specialty for everything. We have urologists, ophthalmologists, and dermatologists. And we also have specialists for things like dementia and Alzheimer’s. I get it. The human body is really complicated and it’s almost impossible to know everything there is to know about it. That’s why doctors specialize... But that doesn’t make them gods and it doesn’t mean they know everything. And… the specialist approach has some problems. One of the biggest problems is that when you are only looking at the brain, prostate, heart, or skin you often miss a BIG TRUTH about human health… It’s ALL interconnected. Our guts are especially influential in the health of our entire bodies. If you have a healthy gut, then you are likely to have a healthy immune system and a healthy brain. And you are WAY less likely to get diseases such as dementia and Alzheimer’s. Let’s take a look at how this works... [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] Your brain is directly influenced by your gut. There is a connection between your gut health and your brain health that is quite profound. Science is just starting to learn about this… But it seems that the microbiome in your gut DIRECTLY influences whether or not neurodegenerative diseases progress. “A new theory, still in its infancy, highlights the role of gut microbiota (GM) in the control of brain development, but also in the onset and progression of neurodegenerative diseases.” This is stunning and incredibly different from how doctors and Big Pharma have treated neurodegenerative diseases in the past. Of course, Big Pharma is trying to make treatments based on this discovery… but what’s new? Gut microbiota (GM) influence the development of memory loss and Alzheimer’s. There is even more direct evidence that the microbiome in your gut influences the way that Alzheimer’s develops and whether or not it progresses… Or even whether it (possibly) gets better. “Bidirectional communication between the central and the enteric nervous systems (called gut-brain axes) is largely influenced by GM, and the immune system is a potential key mediator of this interaction. Growing evidence points to the role of GM in the maturation and activation of host microglia and peripheral immune cells. Several recent studies have found abnormalities in GM (dysbiosis) in AD (Alzheimer’s) populations.” When Alzheimer’s disease progresses in mice studies, gut microbiome changes lead to brain inflammation. And that brain inflammation leads to memory loss. “Using AD mouse models, we discovered that during AD progression the alteration of gut microbiota composition leads to the peripheral accumulation of phenylalanine and isoleucine, which stimulates the differentiation and proliferation of pro-inflammatory T helper 1 (Th1) cells.” This creates conditions in which dementia and Alzheimer’s thrive. Antibiotics helped to lower microbes and reduce brain inflammation. To test how gut microbes affect Alzheimer’s – and particularly the cells that cause inflammation in the brain – the researchers gave the mice antibiotics. “We used an antibiotic cocktail containing ampicillin, streptomycin, and colistin to ablate gut microbiota. Antibiotic treatment in [transgenic] mice resulted in a marked reduction in microbial abundance in the gut... Along with this change, we observed a reduction in both infiltrating proinflammatory Th1 cells...and M1 cells...in the brain.” Here’s what the researchers found: When the microbes were reduced, the inflammation went down too. Taking care of your gut is crucial to your brain health. If you have ever taken any of my courses, you know that I am always teaching about good gut health. Taking care of your gut and making sure that everything is moving through your system as it should is hugely important to your overall health. Your gut influences how healthy your immune system is… And there is a growing body of evidence that being vigilant about the gut health factors that influence inflammation is also critical to your brain health. ----Important Message From Our Sponsor---- Men: is your toilet paper destroying your prostate health? I know it sounds crazy, but there are toxic chemicals I’ve found in many brands of toilet paper. And when men use these toilet paper brands, the toxic chemicals go straight into the prostate… ...causing prostate inflammation, difficulty urinating, sleepless nights... ...even baldness and “rockiness” problems! [Click here to find out how to protect your prostate from these toilet paper toxins.]( ---------- Daily Medical Discoveries is dedicated to uncovering secret, buried or censored studies that can help men live great lives to 120 and beyond. Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
