It prevents plaque from building up in the arteries, which helps improve blood flow ----Important Me

It prevents plaque from building up in the arteries, which helps improve blood flow (even “down there”) ----Important Message---- When I do this in the shower, Jodi says I perform better... [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] My wife, Jodi, has a huge sexual appetite, for which I’ve very, very grateful for. But sometimes I worry about not “living up to expectations” if you know what I mean... So now I use this “shower” method...and surprisingly, it feels really good! And the best thing about it is how much it helps my performance. It makes me feel like I can go all night. And so far, every single time I’ve used [this little shower method](, Jodi says I’ve “rocked her socks off” in bed. So now I’m using it ALL the time, and she couldn’t be happier! (And I’m happy too LOL) [Try this next time you’re in the shower and prepare to be blown away...Â]( ---------- This food may prevent most heart attacks Coronary artery disease -- what is it? Basically, coronary artery disease is when plaque builds up in the arteries, reducing blood flow to the heart. Coronary artery disease can cause angina, heart attack, and even sudden cardiac death. But research shows us that HDL cholesterol has a protective effect on coronary artery disease. So people with higher levels of HDL cholesterol have a lower risk of developing coronary artery disease. HDL also seems to slow its progression. Researchers looked into the effect of coconut oil on HDL cholesterol in people with coronary artery disease. Just a little coconut oil could boost healthy HDL. Coconut oil also helped the participants lose fat! [Can't see this image? Nutricion Hospitalaria published the results. Many doctors STILL recommend avoiding saturated fats such as coconut oil to protect cardiovascular health. “Saturated fat restriction has been recommended for coronary arterial disease.” But the role of different types of fats in heart disease remains controversial. “The role of coconut oil in the management of lipid profiles remains unclear.” Cholesterol and different types of fats in the blood can give information about a person’s risk of cardiovascular disease. This study was designed to look into the effect of coconut oil on these blood tests. “Our objective was to evaluate the effect of nutritional treatment associated with the consumption of extra virgin coconut oil in anthropometric parameters and lipid profile.” The study recruited men and women with coronary artery disease. “We conducted a longitudinal study of 116 adults of both sexes presenting with coronary artery disease.” The participants were in their 50s and 60s. Many of them had other cardiovascular complaints. “The mean age of the population was 63 years – 77.6% infarcted, 52.6% with angina, and hypertension and dyslipidemia 100%.” For the first three months of the study, all of the participants were put on the same diet. Then the researchers split the participants into two groups. They supplemented one of the groups with virgin coconut oil. “In the second stage (3-6 months), the subjects were divided into two groups: diet group associated with extra virgin coconut oil consumption and diet group.” The researchers took blood samples and body measurements monthly to see if virgin coconut oil had any effect on these parameters. Extra-virgin coconut oil increased the type of HDL cholesterol found to lower the risks of coronary artery disease. “Extra virgin coconut oil consumption increased HDL-C levels in patients with coronary artery disease.” By boosting HDL-C levels, extra virgin coconut oil could protect against coronary artery disease. The study used a relatively small amount of coconut oil, only 13 g per day – about a spoonful. The researchers found other benefits from coconut oil. Coconut oil decreased body weight and waist circumference. Lowering both of these measurements almost always means a decrease in body fat. “Extra virgin coconut oil supplementation maintained the reduction of body mass and waist circumference.” Waist circumference is another major risk factor for coronary artery disease. “Extra virgin coconut oil seems to favor the reduction of waist circumference while increasing HDL-C, aiding with secondary prevention for coronary artery disease patients.” So it seems that a little saturated fat may be good for some people with cardiovascular problems. Even though the researchers don’t know WHY extra virgin coconut oil improved blood tests in these patients. Virgin coconut oil provides some nutrients that are not found in other types of coconut oil. And maybe these nutrients are the source of some of the health benefits. Previous animal studies showed similar improvements from virgin coconut oil. Those scientists suggested that standard coconut oil may not be as effective as virgin coconut oil. “Authors credited the results to the action of polyphenols and vitamin E, present in the virgin coconut oil.” Note: The USDA does not recognize any difference between “extra virgin” and “virgin” coconut oil – “extra” being a marketing term that stems from difference between virgin and extra virgin olive oil. With coconut oil, the real difference is between virgin (unrefined) and standard (refined). You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about diagnosing and treating any health-related problems. ----Important Message---- These 5 “flow” foods prevent plaque buildup in the arteries [Can't see this image?
