Unfortunately, they’re all around us -- but these simple steps could save your life ----Important Message---- What doctors NEVER tell men about high cholesterol [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] Look, most doctors are good people trying to do the right thing… But many of them are pressured into obeying the Big Pharma complex of prescribing statins for high cholesterol. My own doctor tried to put me on a statin -- but I know how bad these treatments are for men. And I also discovered something huge about cholesterol… something that no doctor has ever told me… And I bet your doctor hasn’t told you this either. [Here’s what doctors aren’t telling men about high cholesterol -- don’t say I didn’t warn you](... ---------- Men: try to avoid these hidden cancer-causing chemicals I talk with you all the time about fats called PUFAs (polyunsaturated fatty acids). These PUFA fats are things like soybean oil, corn oil, fish oil, canola oil, and any of the oils that are “supposedly” so good for you. The mainstream medical establishment recommends PUFAs quite often. They are supposed to be healthier. But when I help men get off of PUFA fats (and it’s a process) they often see huge improvements in their health and vitality. This article isn’t about PUFAs. This article is about another substance called PFAS (perfluoroalkyl substances) that are also ALL OVER our environment...whether we personally use them or not. PFAS compounds have been linked to cancer and their prevalence is currently being downplayed by the US government. [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] It’s scary stuff. What are PFAS compounds? PFAS compounds were discovered by accident in labs between the 1930s and 1950s. By the 1970s, they were being marketed as the popular products Teflon and Scotchgard. They are also used in military and industrial applications to control fires. “In the 1970s, DuPont and 3M had used them to develop Teflon and Scotchgard, and they slipped into an array of everyday products from gum wrappers to sofas to frying pans to carpets. Known as perfluoroalkyl substances, or PFAS, they were a boon to the military, too, which used them in foam that snuffed out explosive oil and fuel fires.” The reason they showed up in so many everyday products is because they are SO useful. PFAS chemicals are incredibly slippery and can repel water, food, and stains. And this makes them highly desirable in commercial applications. PFOA linked to cancer as early as 2003. The problem is that these compounds aren’t safe. There are many different types of PFAS compounds, one of which is called PFOA. As early as 2003, there was thinking that PFOA wasn’t safe. There were signs in lab rats. And it was looking like chemical plant workers handling PFOA were getting cancer at higher rates than other populations. “By 2003, the EPA launched its first draft risk assessment for PFOA, typically a substantial step towards establishing strict regulatory standards that limit a chemical’s use and mandate its cleanup. When the draft was released in early 2005, it said that, while the epidemiological evidence remained inconclusive, rats tested with PFOA were more likely to develop liver and pancreatic cancers. And there were worrisome signs that workers in plants that manufactured PFOA had a higher risk of dying of prostate cancer.” Since then, more studies have been done – and PFAS substances have had more and more evidence pile up against them. But you aren’t likely to hear that from the US government. In fact, they seem to be DOWNPLAYING the risk. There are no enforceable standards for PFAS in the US. Even though the government KNOWS these chemicals are risky and that they build up in people’s systems, there are no enforceable standards around them. “Until there’s a true limit on the concentration of PFAS compounds allowable in drinking water, soil and groundwater – and the classification of PFAS as a hazardous substance – the EPA can’t hold water utilities, companies or other polluters to account. It also can’t compel the Department of Defense to adhere to the standard or clean up contamination.” The EPA is currently not allowed to regulate PFAS in the US. And that means that companies can produce as many as they want and contaminate our water systems as much as they want. PFAS is probably more prevalent than the CDC says. The reality is that PFAS has contaminated many of the water supplies across the country, and probably in much greater quantities than we previously thought. “When Field retested water samples at several US defense sites using the most advanced testing available, she found that many of these obscure additional chemicals were nearly uniformly present – and in huge numbers. At one site, for example, where PFOS was detected at 78,000 parts per trillion, another obscure PFAS compound was present at nearly three times that concentration.” It’s hard to get away from these chemicals, but you can do some things to protect yourself. Probably the most important thing is to stop using most non-stick cookware. The ceramic kind MIGHT be okay, but the black kind almost always has these chemicals in it. ----Important Message---- A pinch of this cheap powder naturally kills these cancer-causing chemicals Believe it or not, there’s an ordinary white powder sitting in your kitchen right now that can kill cancer-causing chemicals… ...and even existing cancer cells! Crazy but true. It works by oxygenating the cells, and as scientists are discovering -- oxygen is cancer’s nemesis. And the best way to oxygenate the cells is with this powder that costs less than $1 for a 6 month supply -- and all you need is a pinch. Check your cupboards for this powder -- [and discover how to use it to fight cancer here]( ---------- Daily Medical Discoveries is dedicated to uncovering secret, buried or censored studies that can help men live great lives to 120 and beyond. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
