Here’s what your doctor ISN’T telling you about your “rockiness” problems
Every time I used to go to the doctor and ask about solutions for my “rockiness” problems, the doctor would just prescribe a pill.
But the pill had weird side effects and barely worked at all.
And then I discovered something that rocked me to my core…
...[something my doctor never once told me about what was REALLY causing my terrible “rockiness” problems…](

Reverse heart failure by boosting these 2 male hormones
When the heart is unable to pump enough blood around the body, it results in a number of problems.
I’ll be talking in this newsletter today about heart failure, but the same goes for men on statins, men who have had a stroke, men who are advised they may have cardiovascular disease.
So, let’s start with heart failure...
Shortness of breath, tiredness, and leg swelling are early signs that the heart is not pumping enough blood. This is called heart failure, or chronic heart failure.
About 2% of adults have heart failure – this figure goes as high as 10% in people over 65.
Men and women develop heart failure at different rates.
Symptoms and outcomes are different for men and women too.
These differences led researchers to question the influence of hormones on heart failure risk.
The findings indicate that increasing testosterone and DHEA may improve heart failure outcomes for men.
These scientists carried out human research was carried out at the Emory University Rollins School of Public Health in Atlanta, Georgia.
“Men develop heart failure more frequently and at younger ages while women are more likely to develop heart failure with preserved ejection fraction with better survival.”
Sex differences in heart failure risk could be caused by a number of factors.
One factor that should be investigated is sex hormones, which are very different between the two sexes.
“The mechanisms leading to these sex differences are uncertain but may be partially related to variations in endogenous sex hormone levels.”
The researchers looked at a couple of male sex hormones – testosterone and DHEA.
They investigated the relationship between these hormones and heart failure risk in both men and women.
“We studied 4,093 men and 3,131 post-menopausal women enrolled in the ARIC Study who had total testosterone and DHEA tested.”
The researchers tested sex hormones at the initial assessment. These assessments took place between 1996 and 1998.
After that initial assessment, they assessed the participants for heart failure and problems related to heart failure for about 20 years.
“Sex hormones were measured at visit four (1996-1998) and incident heart failure events assessed from visit for until 2015.”
The researchers then used statistics to calculate the relationship between heart failure risk, testosterone, and DHEA.
Testosterone and DHEA were associated with a lower risk of heart failure in men.
“Higher testosterone and DHEA levels were associated with a lower heart failure risk in men.”
Only higher levels of DHEA were associated with a lower risk of heart failure for women.
“In women, only DHEA was inversely associated with heart failure risk.”
Differences in sex hormones could explain some of the sex differences relating to heart failure risk.
“Higher testosterone levels are associated with a greater risk of heart failure events in post-menopausal women but a lower risk in men.”
Boosting testosterone levels could lower the risk of heart failure in men with low testosterone.
Increasing the hormone DHEA may protect both men and women against heart failure.
“DHEA, a precursor for androgens and estrogens, appears to be inversely related to heart failure, an association that warrants further investigation.”
It is possible to supplement both testosterone and DHEA.
BUT supplementation needs to be carefully monitored.
Excessive levels of testosterone or DHEA can lead to an increase in estrogen – which will lead to problems.
Getting more sleep and lowering stress levels can increase testosterone and DHEA in most people.
When lab results show that these hormones are very low, they should be properly supplemented under the supervision of a professional.
