Washington University Study: This Simple Drink Has The Same Effect As Exercise
Professor Clay Semenkovich discovered that a simple drink is exactly like exercise to the male body: it burns calories, increases sexual performance, AND extends lifespan.

“The muscles burn more calories,” Professor Semenkovich reported.
And Dr. Semenkovich found that animals with a restored metabolism “delayed death and diseases, including atherosclerosis, diabetes, hypertension and even cancer.”
And Professor Semenkovich also found something extraordinary about exercise…
...restoring metabolism with this simple drink “may be a substitute for exercise”...
[Here’s the simple drink that lets any man raise his metabolism at home and burn fat without exercise.](

Men: Bigger Waist = Live Longer?
Doctors have known for a long time that there is a relationship between body fat and cardiovascular disease.
In recent years, scientists have discovered that belly fat is particularly problematic.
Fat is actually an organ...and an active organ at that!
In fact, belly fat produces inflammation that affects every part of the body.
Researchers in Korea have been studying the relationship between belly fat and the risk of stroke and heart attack.
They found that the risk from an increasing waist is even greater than we ever realized.

These researchers carried out this human research at Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine, Seoul, Korea.
Waist circumference gives a very good approximation of the amount of belly fat people carry. It’s also a very good predictor of cardiovascular risk.
“Waist circumference is a well-known obesity index that predicts cardiovascular disease.”
This research used information from over 20 million Korean adults.
“Our study included 21,749,261 Koreans over 20 years of age who underwent the Korean National Health Screening between 2009 and 2012.”
The scientists measured the participants’ waists as part of the initial screening procedure.
And they collected information on heart attacks and stroke up to six years after the beginning of the investigation.
“The occurrence of heart attack or ischemic stroke was investigated until the end of 2015 using National Health Insurance Service data.”
People with larger waists had a higher risk of heart attack and stroke.
“The incidence rate and hazard ratio of heart attack and stroke increased linearly as the waist circumference level increased.”
The study also measured body mass index (BMI).
BMI is a calculation that includes body weight and height.
It turned out that waist circumference was a much better predictor of cardiovascular risk than BMI.
“The risk of heart attack and stroke increased with waist circumference regardless of adjustment for BMI.”
The research proved that waist circumference is a much more important indicator for cardiovascular risk.
“Waist circumference showed a better ability to predict cardiovascular disease than body mass index...”
The benefits of having a smaller waist extend to a much greater range than previously thought.
The lowest risk of heart attack was found in men with a waist between 28 and 30 inches!
“Lowest risk of myocardial infarction was found in male subjects without waist circumference of 70 to 75 cm.”
Men with even smaller waists (less than 28 inches) had a lower risk of ischemic stroke.
“The lowest risk of ischemic stroke was found in male subjects with a waist circumference of 65 to 70 cm.”
The risk of heart attack and stroke was significantly higher in men with a waist larger than 34 inches.
“The optimal waist circumference cut-offs were 84cm for males for predicting heart-attack and 85cm for males for predicting stroke.”
The relationship between waist circumference and cardiovascular disease risk is not new knowledge.
“Waist circumference had a significant linear relationship with the risk of heart attack and stroke.”
But this research shows that it is not only excessively large waists that increase the risk.
“The risk of stroke and heart attack began to increase from a waist circumference that was lower than expected.”
The study is also important because it used such a large group of people and the effects were seen over a relatively short time period.
“These results indicate the importance of waist circumference for predicting cardiovascular disease events even in the short-term follow-up.”
These findings lower the cut-off level for waist circumference in assessing cardiovascular risk.
“The optimal cutoffs for predicting cardiovascular disease were lower than the currently recommended cutoffs from the guidelines.”
You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about treating and diagnosing health-related problems.
