This message comes from our government and it comes from Big Pharma. Unfortunately, it’s a big, fat lie -----Important Message----- Hopelessly limp male member revived in as little as 23 seconds This is the biggest medical discovery—and scandal—on record. Instead of gobbling Big Pharma treatments, some buried studies show [this single, do-it-yourself activity]( can resurrect the penile member and bring it back to life in as little as 23 seconds. Because this do-it-yourself activity replenishes penile sensitivity and promotes “rockiness”... ...and the results are almost immediate and permanent. Here’s how men feel the day after trying this do-it-yourself activity: [01-30-19-IMG-1] can't see this image? What if I told you that almost everything the gurus and experts have told you about nutrition over the last 60 years or so is pretty much bunk? It sounds crazy, but it’s true. Throw out those food pyramids and “my plates” – because the way your great-grandpa ate is better for you than you thought. Here’s the thing… We’ve been getting this message over and over for generations – that saturated fat is terrible for you and polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs) are great for you. This message comes from our government and it comes from our doctors. Unfortunately, it’s a big, fat lie. And it makes me FURIOUS! So I tried to figure out the source of this awful misinformation. As far as I can track it down, this particular lie was invented to sell agricultural waste products (and that’s what PUFAs really are). If that doesn’t make you mad, I’m not sure what will. And the evidence continues to mount that not only is saturated fat not bad for you… In moderation, saturated fats can have a protective effect on your body. I know that’s a lot to take in. But don’t take my word for it, take a look at this study: [01-30-19-IMG-2] can't see this image? Click on "load images" or "always allow images for this sender" What are PUFAs and why are they bad for you? I’ll discuss the study in a bit. First, I want to let you know what PUFAs are and why they’re terrible for you. Polyunsaturated fatty acids take many forms. They are abundant in most processed foods and are used all the time in the kitchen as well. Common PUFAs are soybean oil, vegetable oils, corn oil, canola oil, and fish oil. Read the labels of your favorite crackers, chips, or frozen and boxed foods. They’ll be FILLED with PUFAs. One reason that PUFAs are so bad for you is that they go rancid in your body and cause all kinds of health problems. You should avoid them at all costs and eat saturated fats in moderation instead – such as full-fat dairy products like whole milk. The protective effects of full-fat dairy products... Get ready to have your mind blown. This isn’t something that your doctor will tell you (because they probably don’t know it yet). But it can make your food much tastier. Dairy fat, unlike what most people think, does not increase overall mortality or heart disease. Yep. It has no negative effects at all. “Our findings not only support but also significantly strengthen the growing body of evidence which suggests that dairy fat – contrary to popular belief – does not increase risk of heart disease or overall mortality in older adults.” Not only does dairy fat not increase overall mortality (dying younger than you need to), it actually has a protective effect… Dairy fat can even lower your risk death from cardiovascular disease and stroke! “In addition to not contributing to death, the results suggest that one fatty acid present in dairy may lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease, particularly from stroke.” And the protective effect was quite significant – with a 42% lower risk of dying stroke. That’s a really big deal. “In fact, one type was linked to lower cardiovascular disease deaths. People with higher fatty acid levels, suggesting higher consumption of whole-fat dairy products, had a 42% lower risk of dying from stroke.” Moderation is key. I’m not going to tell you to eat a high-fat diet. For most people, that does not work. Fat is very calorie-dense and it will make you gain a lot of weight if you eat too much of it… And that leads to its own health complications. But drinking whole-fat milk (not skim) and eating whole-fat cheese (not skim) – along with a diet that’s rich in a lot of fruits – can help protect your health. And if you get rid of the PUFAs it will help protect your health even more. Other good sources of saturated fat are coconut oil and butter. Olive oil is okay as well, as long as you use it sparingly. So go ahead and drink that delicious whole-fat milk. If you can find it, get it with the cream on the top and shake it. It’s actually good for you. ----Important Message---- Prediabetic and diabetic men - are you eating any of these 5 foods? For decades, the U.S. government has been telling men to eat these 5 foods. And yet, real studies show these 5 foods CAUSE diabetes. Could it be that Big Pharma has “captured” the US government guidelines? [01-30-19-IMG-3] can't see this image? Click on "load images" or "always allow images for this sender" It seems that Big Pharma will do anything to keep annual profits high ($200 billion and climbing)... [01-30-19-IMG-4] can't see this image? Click on "load images" or "always allow images for this sender" So today, following government guidelines, we’re sicker than ever. More than 29 million adults in the U.S. -- over 10 percent of the population -- currently have diabetes…and still more have “pre-diabetes”... And most shockingly - the foods that Big Pharma recommends are actually making people sicker with diabetes and heart disease. [That’s why I put these 5 bad foods here...prepare to be shocked. You probably ate 2 of these foods just for breakfast.]( ------------- Daily Medical Discoveries is dedicated to uncovering secret, buried or censored studies that can help men live great lives to 120 and beyond.
