Scientists are in a panic, trying to figure this out... -------Important Message------ Does this weird chemical cardiolipin repair your cell’s mitochondria -- making you live to see your great-great-grandchildren? Big Pharma companies are ALL working on a synthetic form of this chemical... ...because it’s said to be the “long life” chemical and the “endless lovemaking” chemical, all wrapped up in one. [10-10-IMG-1]( can't see this image? Click on "load images" or "always allow images for this sender" It works by repairing the health of the mitochondria that get damaged in diabetes, high blood pressure and other “stress states”... And...this chemical called cardiolipin, it has been called the magic potion for a long life. It is perhaps the most important driver of the mitochondria -- and it gets DANGEROUSLY low in diabetes, “rockiness” problems and other disorders. [Here’s how to increase your cardiolipin, live decades longer, and have great-great grandchildren through amazing virility]( -------------------- Warning, don’t let this touch your food. Do you know how much plastic touches your food? Between plastic wrap, plastic containers, plastic straws, and Styrofoam cups – the answer is quite a lot. Most people don’t think about it much, and I understand that. That’s because plastic is everywhere – all the time. For instance, if you order Chinese takeout, you are likely to get a plastic container for your soup… You’ll get plastic forks and knives as well as plastic packets filled with duck and soy sauce. You might also get a plastic bottle filled with soda or water. Obviously, eating and drinking from plastic doesn’t make you acutely and immediately sick. Normally, when you drink water out of a plastic water bottle you don’t get food poisoning symptoms. But… Just because plastics don’t cause you to lose your cookies when they come into contact with your food, that doesn’t mean they aren’t affecting your health. Recently, in Canada, a group of scientists became so alarmed about the role of plastics in an experiment that they issued a warning to other researchers in the journal Science. “The findings were so alarming to the researchers from the university's faculty of medicine, that they issued a warning yesterday in the journal Science, alerting others scientists to the possibility that contaminants from plastic ware in their laboratories could put experiments at risk.” [10-10-IMG-2] can't see this image? Click on "load images" or "always allow images for this sender" Leaky plastics… Your doctors probably aren’t going to tell you about this because it’s not common knowledge (even in the medical community). But plastics leak. The last time there was a big kerfuffle about this leakage was in the early 1990s. That’s when researchers found a chemical called BPA leaking from polycarbonates. “During the early 1990s, researchers at Stanford University School of Medicine in California found that bisphenol A leaking from a different type of plastic, polycarbonate, caused experiments investigating estrogen to run amok. Their discovery helped trigger a flurry of research into the chemical.” That discovery is why you now see so many plastics labeled as “BPA-free.” But just because a plastic is labeled “BPA-free” doesn’t mean it’s not leaking other chemicals. It’s probably not leaking BPA – hence the label. But it IS almost definitely leaking OTHER chemicals. So let’s talk about “biologically active” chemicals leaking from plastic. It’s pretty bad when the equipment you use in the lab can ruin an experiment. That’s exactly what happened in Alberta, Canada during an experiment. “Medical researchers at the University of Alberta say that two chemicals leaking from plastic laboratory equipment were so biologically active they ruined a drug experiment.” Here is the problem: These chemicals aren’t just in the plastics used in laboratories. The same chemicals are also in the plastics we use in our day-to-day lives. “The inadvertent discovery could have wide-ranging consequences because the chemicals causing the experiment to go awry were leaching from polypropylene, one of the most commonly used plastics in the world. Besides being found in scientific equipment, the plastic is used to make everything from yogurt tubs to clothing.” And even more alarming, the amount of the chemicals that disrupted the experiment was TINY. It was only in plastic tubes they were using to TRANSFER the liquids in the experiment! “The team initially suspected contaminants in the chemicals they were using, but eventually they determined that biologically active substances were leaking from the plastic tubes they used to transfer liquids in the experiment.” And that’s not all... One of these chemicals occurs naturally in the human body. “Using sophisticated testing equipment, they found that one of the mystery chemicals was oleamide, a compound used to improve the fluidity of molten plastic. Oleamide also occurs naturally in the human body, and is found in the brain and blood.”  The problem is that too much oleamide (like what you might get from plastics) might alter brain function and other bodily functions. “If we end up dosing ourselves with higher levels, this could disrupt various processes.” Obviously, It’s hard to avoid plastics altogether.  But heat seems to release more of the chemicals found in plastics then just about anything else. So it’s a good idea to avoid coffee cups, water bottles (which are often stored HOT), and soda bottles made of plastic. Microwaving in glass or ceramic, instead of plastic, is also helpful. Plastic is useful, but that doesn’t mean it’s entirely safe. It’s important to be aware of the dangers. -----Curious about reducing estrogen from food packaging? Important Message----- Estrogen tends to kill men's “rockiness”. I remember I would eat everything out of plastic or styrofoam - no dishes to clean and it’s so convenient! I would microwave food in these plastic containers, those frozen meals, or those cups of Mac’n’Cheese. But after doing this for a few months, I noticed a change in my libido, my weight and my “rockiness”. I started developing saggy manboobs (I just thought it was weight gain), and I couldn’t get “rocky” like I used to. And then after doing my bloodwork, I found out, that my estrogen had been going up all these months! Now, I knew that lowering estrogen is the only path to great health for a man. As our estrogen falls, the testosterone that we produce can take over and perform its rightful function. (And too much estrogen can actually suppress testosterone production.) But there’s an easy way to drop estrogen in a few days… ...even if you used plastics that raise estrogen. [10-10-IMG-3]( can't see this image? Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
