I didn’t tell my wife that my blood pressure was dangerously high...until...
It had gone up to 190/110 at times...
But I wanted a natural way to fix things.
Because the treatment the doc gave me made my member flat and useless...
I was too young to stop having congress with my wife...
So I went straight to the bathroom, and dumped the rest of them in the trash.
Then I covered the pills up with a few pieces of tissue so my wife wouldn’t spot them there.
What the heck was I doing?
I needed to take these just so I wouldn’t have a stroke...?
But that wasn’t the worst of it…
Oh, no. My “rockiness” problems were about to get a million times worse... until...

How to resurrect your “rockiness” in 3-seconds
Have you ever had an event in your life so traumatic that every time you recall it you get frozen and fearful?
It’s unusual not to have events like this in your life if you’ve lived long enough.
According to study leader Florin Dolcos, a professor of psychology at Illinois:
“Everyone has encountered something distressing either in the recent past or the remote past. These memories can pop into our minds and distract from whatever we are doing.”
The problem is that these memories can be distracting.
The can be downright debilitating if you have a condition like PTSD or anxiety disorder that stems from these memories.
“Understanding what we can do to stay focused is important, not only for people in extreme cases where such memories can lead to difficulties in daily living – such as those with post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, or depression – but for everyone.”
Interestingly, a small shift in “framing” your memories can create enough cognitive space that they start to lose their power over you.

Scientists intentionally brought up “bad” memories.
In this study, scientists wanted to see if how people focused on a memory could help diminish the impact the memory had on them.
So they developed an experiment that allowed them have their study subjects recall bad memories and perform unrelated tasks.
“Thirty-three study participants completed detailed, lengthy surveys asking about a variety of events in their lives. One to two weeks later, participants performed cognitive memory tasks during a functional MRI scan, which is used to monitor activity in the brain....”
“The researchers chose descriptions of negative events that the participants had written about, from sporting defeats to personal losses, and used them to trigger those memories during the tasks.”
The subjects in the experiment were asked to focus on their negative memories in two different ways.
It’s fascinating how our interpretation of the things that happen to us affect our experiences.
Sometimes the difference between one way of thinking about things and another can be profound.
In this case, the researchers asked half the participants to focus on their feelings and half to focus on the factual details of their memories.
“For half of the triggered memories, the participants were instructed to focus on the emotional aspects of their memories. For the other half, the participants were instructed to shift their focus away from the emotion and toward the contextual details of the memory, such as where the incident happened, who they were with, what they were wearing, and other details.”
Interestingly, focusing on the negative emotions made it harder for the subjects to perform well on the task they were trying to accomplish.
Alexandru Iordan, the head author of the paper, wrote:
“When subjects focused on the emotional aspect of their memories – how they felt, including the physical sensations – their cognitive performance was lower relative to their control tasks.”
But the subjects who focused on the physical details of the memory had far fewer negative side effects.
“But when they were focusing on the non-emotional, contextual aspects, then their working memory performance was not impacted. They had better task performance and less negative effects when focusing on context than when focusing on emotion.”
This tiny shift in focus can create a huge difference in how the negative memory affects you.
This technique works in almost any situation where strong emotion is attached – including penile dysfunction.
With my students, I often use a similar technique to help men overcome the negative spiral of “rockiness” problems.
Once a guy has performance issues, it’s easy for him to get trapped in that cycle of embarrassment and self-doubt by focusing on the emotions of the initial experience.
(I know...it’s happened to me.)
But when we teach men to focus on physical sensations instead, they often experience rapid improvement.
That’s because it takes the “sting” out of the experience.
Negative emotions can be really tough to deal with.
But by focusing on the physical events of a negative memory – instead of the emotion – you can loosen the control it has over you.
