Is the government promoting BAD food?
The government says “sugar is bad. White flour is bad. Eat whole this and whole that.”

What if they are wrong?
What if the government is completely off their rockers?
What if the food we eat sucks because it lowers our metabolism and makes us old men before we are old?
What if certain ingredients are put there in order to lower our metabolism and make us fat?
Far-fetched? Crazy? You be the judge...
That’s what I have concluded after years of research....and now so many men have found they can effortlessly lose fat, get lean and get hard, naturally...by simply ignoring the government’s advice and [doing this instead](

3 ways older men outperform 20-year-olds
Let’s face it...the world is a competitive place.
And if you want to get ahead you have to be at your very best.
That means different things for different people, of course.
But some things are common to all of us.
And one of those things is the ability to focus.
Focus – all by itself – can be the thing that allows you to succeed.
Focus can set you apart from your competition and help you outperform them.
And that’s true even if they are smarter than you or better than you at a particular task.
But to focus, you can’t have your attention divided all the time.
Unfortunately, with phones in our pockets and the internet available everywhere, it can be hard to focus your attention on any one task.
These devices are engineered to be addictive and steal our focus.
And, to be honest, they can really make our performance dwindle.
This is not impossible to fix, though.
Changing a few simple habits can improve your focus.

Phones steal your attention and focus.
These Rutgers University researchers wanted to find out what effect electronic devices have on the grades of college students.
And the study provided some pretty definitive results.
Now, I know that a study on college students may not seem relevant to the working world. But I promise it is – stick with me.
Researchers performed an in-class experiment to test whether dividing attention between electronic devices and the lecturer during class affects students' performance.
Performance was measured via within-lecture tests and an end-of-term exam.
Please note that they were looking specifically at “divided attention.”
That means that the electronic devices were NOT being used specifically to take notes or for other classroom interactions.
During the study, laptops, phones, and tablets were banned in half of the lecture rooms and they were permitted in the other half.
Interestingly, divided attention didn’t seem to affect the students’ short-term memory.
But it affected long-term results pretty dramatically...
The students who were allowed to use their phones or tablets received half a grade lower than their peers who had focused attention.
Having a device in class didn't lower students' scores in comprehension tests within lectures…
But it did lower scores in the end-of-term exam by at least 5%, or half a grade.
Half a grade may not seem like a really big deal, but let’s take that into the real world.
If you are vying for a position, raise, or promotion at work, and your work is 5% less than what your competition is doing, you are likely to lose out.
Small differences in performance can have a huge impact over time.
So, it’s important to maximize every advantage you can. And that means focused attention.
Focused attention brings superior results.
Have focused attention the easy way...
A lot of people think that the ability to focus is something either you’re born with or you’re not.
But, in reality, focus is a skill just like most other things in life.
When you practice focus skills you get better at focus.
One thing that I find most helpful is blocking every distraction I can while I’m working – so I can focus.
I’ll actually turn off my cell phone – literally power it down.
I use blocking software on my computer so I don’t go to websites where I often just waste time.
That’s because trying to focus by willpower alone is a losing proposition for most people.
And by not relying on the limited resource of willpower in order to focus, I’m able to focus much more easily.
When you divide your attention between two different things (also called multitasking) it actually decreases your performance.
Not just immediately, but in the long-term.
Focus is key to being successful.
