And it was getting worse as time went on. Medically speaking, my penile chambers were growing angry, inflamed and fibrotic. The arteries that a man needs for “rockiness”... those arteries are almost as thin as a human hair...and mine were already clogged with plaque deposits. I’d see people around town, fat guys, and I’d think to myself, “that guy should eat less and lose weight.” I am sorry because I was so wrong. Because I know for a fact, and my wife will attest to this, I ate hardly anything and I still got fatter. I’d have a bit of nonfat yogurt, maybe a small sandwich, a small piece of fish for dinner, some rice and salad. Is this a lot of food? No, it’s not. Once I put it into one of those food calculators and it was maybe 1600 calories a day. I was rapidly draining down what I now call the medical rathole, with more and more medications, getting fatter and more flaccid and flat down there in my penis, and I wasn’t even 50. I doubted I’d live to 50. So I had no choice... My life as a health researcher had begun. Best as I can tell, I reviewed a little under 23,000 papers over about 24 months looking for the true answer. The more I read, the more shocked and disturbed I was. You see, there are about 3317 studies that I believe giant pharmaceutical corporations have systematically censored, suppressed and buried for a very special reason I’ll tell you in a moment. I call these the Censored 3000. Most of the Censored 3000 relate to what is called free fatty acids, what I call very simply, blood fat. And yet blood fat is the most toxic dangerous threat to our health that we face today, according to the Censored 3000 studies that the pharmaceutical corporations prey you don’t see. For instance, take diabetes or pre-diabetes. Even if you're not diabetic now, this very moment, blood fat may be causing your cells to become resistant to insulin… ...and eventually, you will become diabetic because blood fat destroys the beta cells in the pancreas that you need in order to avoid diabetes. In many studies, reducing blood fat actually relieves the swelling prostate and can even stop the progression of many types of prostate cancer. Scientists from the National Cancer Institute said blood fat is involved in prostate cancer. The consistency of these findings suggests that these fatty acids are involved in prostate tumorigenesis. Cancer doesn’t just happen. It happens due to blood fat. That’s how prostate inflammation can become prostate cancer. And many forms of cancer start with blood fat. And bad as cancer is, that’s not all that blood fat does to our bodies. Listen closely: Blood fat is implicated in erectile dysfunction. You may wonder how blood fat causes “rockiness” problems, so let me explain how. Blood fat irritates the linings of the penile chambers. These linings are called endothelium. Then plaque begins to build up in the arteries that you need to be nice and clear, if you want to get good “rockiness” again. Some of these arteries feeding blood to the penile chambers are barely the width of a human hair. It doesn’t take much blood fat to clog up the arteries that you need if you want to be “rocky”. Many men feel they are getting less and less blood flow down there as they get older. It’s not your imagination. Very little oxygen reaches this zombie tissue. This zombie tissue starts polluting the rest of the body, spewing out dangerous inflammatory chemicals from head to toe, almost like a sinking barge loaded with garbage, spewing out toxic waste into your body. Meanwhile, the blood fat makes more and more plaque -- the plaque is like toxic waste, accumulating in the arteries, around the heart valve, in the kidneys, and in the penis and even the brain. The mystery is, why hasn’t your doctor warned you about blood fat? Why hasn’t your doctor told you how to stop blood fat in its tracks? The plot thickens, because blood fat has been known as a dangerous invisible poison for a long time. The Censored 3000 all say how bad blood fat is for you. One of the most famous scientists of the past 150 years, Hans Selye, was nominated for the Nobel Prize an unprecedented 17 times. They pay doctors in the form of paid “honorariums”, payment for speeches or appearances or just about anything else. They pay our doctors anywhere from a few thousand dollars a year... to hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. Even Harvard Medical School agrees this is happening. Your doctor like my doctor is probably one of those guys on the receiving Big end of Pharma money. Here’s how it works. Your doctor is nice, he gives you free samples of XYZ. Then he prescribes XYZ. He feels obligated, and heck, he may even believe that this free sample really is the best thing for you. The pharmaceutical corporation rakes in two hundred dollars or three hundred dollars a month from your prescription… ...and this costs Big Pharma a dollar or two to manufacturer. It’s the entire corrupt system that’s at fault. Because these same huge pharmaceutical corporations pay the medical school deans and the medical school professors billions of dollars. Why? So that medical schools are coerced into teaching medical students to prescribe expensive drugs. Nobody, not even the most ethical and smart doctor, can resist four years of continual lobbying by the drug companies on campus. It’s built into the curriculum that medical students must go through. And that's why doctors are trained to prescribe drugs -- it isn’t the doctors’ doing, it’s all because these are highly profitable to the giant pharmaceutical corporations. Now my mission was to recover my “rockiness”, lose fat and become healthy. I could do that by draining my cells of fat. But I didn’t want to create blood fat. I learned to my growing excitement about some superfoods and little-known supplements that keep fat safely in the cells and burn it off. These superfoods and little-known supplements are cheap, too. I immediately went to work ordering various powders and potions and superfoods and trying various combinations. Jodi was upset that I had bags and powders all over the kitchen, but was for a good cause.
