Let's Breakdown This Trade [image] Trader, Instead of a nightly video tonight I decided to switch it up a bit. How about we break down and review a trade setup right here in this email. In the video I posted last night to my Instagram I gave out a trade idea. "IF we can get above 474.24, hold, and trend then we have room up into 476.71." This is what I said in the video, and if you didn't get a chance to watch it then I'll link it [here](=). That same 474.24 level from the $SPY in the S&P futures is 4796.50. Here is a screenshot just to see the action from today. [image] We not only managed to hold 474.24 really well, but we also hit the upper target zone as well. Levels even after all these years continue to amaze me with their accuracy... What is even more amazing though is when we get a Divergence into a level. That is the type of setup that dreams are made of. Which...we had today. [image] Here is a screenshot of the ES that I dropped in the Discord chat today. At 10:00am you can see 2 green arrows develop on the chart right at that level. This is telling me that the lows of the day are likely in, and IF we can hold here then there is room to move up into the next level. We already know this is ultimately what happens from the screenshot of the $SPY above. We could make this email about 15 pages longer if we were to break the Divergence down even further. At the same time it is also one of the simplest strategies, but extremely effective.
