Today’s Top Stories From the Breitbart News Desk Today’s report on jobless claims highligh

[Maganomics Daily]( Today’s Top Stories From the Breitbart News Desk Today’s report on jobless claims highlighted the cost of Nancy Pelosi’s resistance to passing economic relief legislation. New claims for unemployment benefits jumped to 898,000, which is 53,000 higher than the prior week. Economists had been expecting a decline to 830,000. The airlines had said they would be furloughing thousands of workers if they did not get more government aid. Small businesses, many of which are still operating in areas under partial lockdown, are no doubt letting workers go because without another injection of aid, they cannot keep staffing up while sales are stifled. That ought to factor into the cost of any future trade deals that would send more factory jobs overseas. – Alex Marlow, Breitbart News Network --------------------------------------------------------------- TOP STORY [image] [Jobless Claims Unexpectedly Rise to 898,000]( The U.S. labor market stumbled in early October.
