My November letter for you!
Â
Montauk vibes! Listening to the wild waves of the ocean and enjoying delicious foods that I made in Montauk has become my annual routine. It takes only a few hours to get there from NYC. Whenever I see the ocean, I feel very welcomed and makes my heart warm.
Â
I filmed a few videos there. You will see them soon!Â

Â
[New Recipe:]([Â]([Buchu-japchae!](
Â
Buchu-japchae is Asian chives stir-fried with meat and vegetables. Remember my [Kkotppang (Steamed flower-shaped buns)]( from last month? These 2 dishes go together like a bolt and nut!Â

[New Recipe:Â](
[Stir-fried dried anchovies and peanuts](
Â
Have you ever seen this side dish served in a Korean restaurant? Here you go! You can make it at home now. It tastes sweet, crunchy, and nutty! Of course you can replace peanuts with your other favorite nuts, too. In Korean it's called [myeolchi-ttangkong-bokkeum](.
Â
Some of you may be freaked out: "Oh my god! I see their eyes!" Don't worry and chew them gently! You will be surprised how crunchy and nutty they are, just like a snack. : )Â

Â
They look so beautiful and colorful! I've never seen any gochu-jangajji made with such colorful species of peppers. I learn something from my readers every day! I'm so curious to see and taste the final pickles!
