[Longevity Insider HQ logo] This Food Is Annihilating Your Cells — And Chances Are, You’ve Been Eating It Your Whole Life Here's a note on behalf of Bajnath MD. - LIHQ --------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Longevity Insider, By reading this short email, you could potentially save yourself from years of cellular damage. How? By not eating one specific food. Chances are, you have bottles of the stuff in your kitchen. And if you’re like most people, you fry your eggs and cook your steak with it on a regular (if not daily) basis. So what exactly is this dangerous food that’s taking years of health off of your life? Vegetable oil. When Dr. Anil tells his patients this, they’re usually skeptical at first. Because for our entire lives, we’ve been told that vegetable oils are good for us. That they’re a healthy alternative to things like butter or animal fat. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. You see, vegetable oils were never meant to be eaten. They’re not even found in nature. And they have very little to do with vegetables at all. The more accurate term is seed oils, because that’s what they’re created from. The seeds of things like soybean seeds, rapeseeds, or cottonseeds. To turn these seeds into the bottles of oil you have in your cupboard, they have to go through an industrial process that uses high amounts of heavy metals, toxic solvents, synthetic additives, and artificial colors. The result is a highly inflammatory, chemically unstable food product that easily turns rancid when heated up or even when just left on the shelf for too long. Here’s the worst part: You’ve probably been eating vegetable oils for the vast majority of your life — because vegetable oils now account for roughly 20% of our daily calorie intake. And what happens when you eat vegetable oils? This is where it gets bad — let us explain. Every cell in your body has what’s called a cell membrane. You can think of them like castle walls. Cell membranes form a protective barrier around your cells, keeping toxic substances out and only allowing healthy nutrients to enter. Strong cell membranes are critical to proper cellular function. But here’s the problem: Vegetable oils eat away at your cell membranes like acid. Over time, the toxic, inflammatory compounds inside the oils weaken your cell membranes. And without their castle walls to protect them, your cells begin to break down. This disrupts your body’s natural functions and initiates a cascade of health problems. Vegetable oil compounds have been shown to interrupt the neurotransmitters that regulate your appetite and weight. So even if you are strictly counting calories, if your diet is filled with vegetable oils, it will be extremely hard to lose weight. No matter what you do. And unfortunately, it’s extremely hard to avoid vegetable oils. Nearly every product on grocery store shelves contains at least a little vegetable oil. (I’m talking about everything from tortilla chips, mayonnaise, and canned beans to coffee creamers, oat milk, and even bread.) And if you go out to eat, chances are your dinner was made using these toxic oils as well. While all of this may come as a shock to you — there is some good news. The cellular damage from vegetable oils is NOT irreversible. By cutting vegetable oils OUT of your diet completely, you can help your cells heal and regain some of the vibrance you had in your younger years. Please take heed — you must cut vegetable oils out of your diet if you want to live longer and healthier. And if you’re interested… Dr. Anil Bajnath has prepared a short video explaining how he discovered the truth about vegetable oils through one of his patients — and how he treated her.
