You likely won’t fully see the nuns, who live in religious contemplation away from the outside world, but you can briefly chat with them through a screened window to buy their baked goods. I went to both the [Mosteiro da Concepción Santa Clara in Tuí]( [Monasterio San Pelayo de Antealtares]( in Santiago de Compostela. There’s usually a menu posted near the turnstile. You ring the bell and the nun asks you what you’d like. You put your money in the turnstile, and it whips around to produce your treat.
