Let's talk about Colonies international projects! Colonies comes in Belgium Charlotte, our international expansion manager specialized in the Belgium market has been selected to participate at The Mag Immo debate on LN24, a famous Belgium tv broadcast! The show will focus on residential real estate trends in Brussels. Charlotte will represent co-living as a solution to the housing crisis in large cities. She has so many ideas to share! It will be live next Saturday evening. And of course in replay on our social media channels! Keep an ear out! [Follow us on LinkedIn]( Working space in the super-common At Colonies we are always trying to innovate...and the best way find an innovation is to listen our customer. Indeed, a lot of our tenants from the Prenzl residence in Berlin were approaching Colonies about an area or place to work from home. So for the past two weeks, we have been working on the organization and set-up of a temporary working space in the Super-Common! Since the governmental restrictions nowadays are still very strict, we came up with clear usage guidelines for the space, until the Super-Common can be properly set up. For now, the working spots are limited to a number of 10. If you're interested by this concept in Berlin you can book a room by clicking on the link below. [Book a room at Prenzl]( Colonies: an international community! At Colonies, our tenants come from everywhere! And we've decided to share a little insight with you today! Most of our tenants come from France, obviously (40%) but did you know that... 9% of them come from India, 7% from the UK, 7% from Spain and 6% from the USA! Colonies keep expanding and we are so happy to build these international communities. We consider it's always enriching and exciting to live with people with different cultures, languages and habits, it helps you learn and consider things differently afterwards, don't you think? Our list of international tenants is loooooong and we also have (less but still here) people coming from Italy (5%), Germany (4%), Canada (3%), Latin America (3%) or Australia (1,5%)... Long way through to come to Colonies... Do you also want to join this vibrant community?
