Are you ready for this week’s theme for [The Great Yarn Challenge]( Lion Brand, together with the Craft Yarn Council, invites you to get your hooks and needles ready to make a project for [Babies & Fur Babies]( This challenge is all about creating items for the cute babies and animals in your life. Maybe you knit a set for a newborn baby complete with a hat, sweater, pants and some cute little booties. Or maybe you try out that new crochet dog sweater you’ve had your eye on! [VIEW MORE DESIGNS TO GET INSPIRED]( THINGS YOU NEED KNOW TO GET STARTED - [Register for The Great Yarn Challenge on the TGYC website](. - Check the website and your email inbox weekly for updates on each week’s challenge theme, inspiration patterns, and information about how to join giveaways. - Stay in the loop on social media by following [@craftyarncouncil]( and [@lionbrandyarn]( on Facebook and Instagram for the chance to win fun prizes. - For each challenge theme you want to participate in, submit a high-resolution picture(s) of your project(s) or your teaching stories in the TGYC [submission form.]( - Be sure to finish up all of your projects during or before The Finish Line, March 14-20, for a chance to be named a TGYC winner! - During the week of March 25, join in on the fun on social media and find out if you won any of the challenges, or better yet, if you’re the TGYC grand prize winner! At the end of the campaign, a winner will be announced for each challenge theme and a grand prize winner will be chosen from each of the theme winners! Every theme winner will receive a trophy and special prizes from CYC’s members. The grand prize winner for the entire challenge will win an exclusive, one-of-a-kind TGYC trophy and a $1,000 shopping spree to purchase their favorite products from CYC’s members.
