Hi there,  If you're reading this, I know you're still serious about finding true balance, motivation and meaning in life. Life is meant for more. A lot more. Not just moving from one stagnant stage in life to the next. As I said from the beginning, this is a life-long goal that 99% of people never come even close to scratching the surface of. But it's LifeHack's mission to help you achieve it. It's already been a few weeks since you began this journey with LifeHack. So far, we've covered different perspectives towards what this actually means like: - Viewing life in terms of Time, Action and Meaning - Discovering the 3 layers of your motivation - Understanding what true balance means - Learning about the Avoidance Loop and how it affects your mindset - and more! If you missed any of those, you should look back at my emails to go through them again. So, it's time to review our progress. Let's do a quick reflection again. How do you feel about these symptoms below: - Empty and unfulfilled deep down... even though society says you should be content with your current status in life - Stagnant or stuck... There's a lot of things you want to achieve, but you can never muster the energy or motivation to really stick with it - Lost and unsure... you follow the standards of success that other people set because you're afraid of missing out. But you're not sure what you really want - Burdened and regretful... because of countless real or imagined missed opportunities that are passing you by I'm hoping that we've at least made a small dent in the iceberg! It's very hard to do all this alone. I feel you! Taking control of your inner motivation and purpose is a game changer in life that nobody learns in school... or even in their lifetime. It's a skill that make or break life when it really matters. I really want to help you more to breakthrough. But the journey from here needs to be much more hands-on and interactive. We can only do so much through email exchanges. You don't have to (and should have to) face these types of challenges alone. Our private community is one of the best ways to make your change real and sustainable. It's more ideas, more actions, more practical training with the live and interactive support you need on an ongoing basis from the best of LifeHack's team.
