and as they get older, they see the consequences... ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌   You know what's the #1 problem I see with society these days ? They're always looking for security. They want to get a steady job. Climb the corporate ladder. And retire 40 years later. So before they pick their major, the first thing they ask is... Is that career well-paid? Why? All to achieve the American dream. The house in the suburbs and mow their lawn every day. And nothing else. No emotion. No risks. When they were younger, they wanted something more. They were dreaming big. They wanted to go out and leave their mark in the world. But as they got older... Fear started taking over their lives. People around them told them their dreams were impossible. That the path they wanted to take was too risky. So, they settled for average. And never looked back. These people usually don't realize what they've done until a few years down the road... When they get the 9-5. When they get the perfect house. When they're living in the suburbs and saying hi to the neighbors as they mow their lawn. That's when they open their eyes. And realize that all that grind. All that suffering you had to go through to get to where they are... It wasn't worth it. Now, their lives are boring. There's no drive anymore. No passion. Nothing to strive for. Living lives they're not happy with. And pretending to be something they're not. They look at themselves in the mirror, and they don't recognize what they see... Sure, they got to where they wanted to be but... At what price? Their happiness and their dreams. They look back, and they see everything they left behind just to become who they now are. Just because they went after a paycheck. And following the traditional route. All because they focused on the wrong things from the start. ... Maybe you're at a point where you made a decision about your future. But you feel there's something else you should be doing. ...but you chose to settle for less. If that's the case, then I have some good news for you. You're still in time to change things. All you have to do is stop running away from challenges. And start embracing them. Stop looking for security. Stop avoiding risks. Stop running away from the things that make you grow. And instead, choose to be better than that. Chose the unknown, and go after your dreams. That's where true fulfillment and happiness are. It's time to go after all those things you've wanted for so long. And before you do this... You need to accept the fact that most people will go down the safe route. They'll choose for average. But you have to be brave enough. And choose an untraditional path. To let your fears aside, and everything most people around you is telling you it's wrong. And if you choose to leave security behind. And face the unknown... That's when you'll get to live a happy and fulfilled life. That void you felt you had deep inside will disappear for good. You won't be wondering about how things could have been. Sure, some struggles and challenges will come. But once you get past them. You'll be able to look back and say... I'm happy I made that call. Because you'll know you'll be living up to your purpose. Free of guilt. And free of regrets. Your friend, Leon P.S. If you want to be free from guilt and start living up to your purpose ... Let me tell you. It's not impossible.
