Let's face it. We've all felt like that at some point... ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ?

Let's face it. We've all felt like that at some point... ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌   You know ... Most people feel trapped in their lives, careers, and relationships. The truth is... We've all been there at some point in our lives. Periods when we feel like we were stuck in a rut. In fact, it's not uncommon to feel like you're just going through the motions. You feel the wheels turn, but you're not going anywhere. As if the whole world is moving around you. But you were trapped in that place. You're doing the same old things, but it doesn't seem like you're going anywhere. Things that used to excite you are no longer exciting anymore. And the more you try to get out. The more stuck you feel. It's completely exhausting. Instead of moving towards your goals, you remain stagnant. Feeling that you live a frustrated life. Monotony takes over your thoughts. You know exactly what's going to happen over the next few hours. Making life boring. Without meaning. There are only a few things more frustrating than that in life. Has this ever happened to you ? I know. It's difficult. And unfortunately, we will all get stuck in a rut from time to time. So you are not alone. However, Here are 5 simple and effective things you can do to get out of the routine. The first is to engage your body. Most of the time when we feel stuck, we immediately think it has something to do with our head. Our mindset. Our beliefs. And we barely pay attention to the single most important tool we use to take action. Our bodies. So whenever you feel stuck, stop overthinking. And instead, start engaging your body. You can choose to hit the gym, do some push-ups, or take a walk around the neighborhood. Moving your body can help you get unstuck and start doing something productive again. The second thing is talking about it (or writing it down). I don't know about you . But whenever I feel like I can't take another step... ...I just keep going around the same thoughts in my head over and over again. Like a never-ending loop. And it's quite a challenge to break out of that cycle. Especially if you don't acknowledge you're in one. Once we say what we're going throughout loud... To a friend, a therapist, or coach, or we just write everything down on paper. We detach ourselves from those thoughts. And that way we start identifying the patterns that keep us stagnant. The third is to start easy. Sometimes taking any action is completely overwhelming. Most of our daily activities are a combination of a lot of actions that we put together. When we are exhausted from trying to get out of the rut, we have no extra energy to expend. For example, "getting ready" in the morning may seem simple and still... It consists of a long list of actions. You need to get out of bed, shower, brush your teeth, get dressed, etc. Doing all of that can be overwhelming when you're in a rut, so start with the easiest step possible. Just get out of bed and be proud of it. Fourth, try something new. The thing about spinning your wheels without moving forward is that you know where you'll get. Doing the same activities on the circuit is not going to change that. So next time you feel stuck in a rut, try something new. It doesn't have to make sense. Nor ever be related to what you're doing right now. It can be as simple as saying hello to a stranger every day. Getting a new haircut. Or changing our morning routine. And lastly, get help. Realize that to get out of this situation, you're going to need support. Very few people can get out of this on their own. Maybe from family members or friends, you can trust. So there is no shame in accepting that you need help you stop feeling stuck. Put all these recommendations into practice and... You will see how quickly you start to move forward. To get results. To live life with more enthusiasm. Every morning will be an opportunity instead of a burden. The most important thing in these cases is to realize what you're going through. And take immediate action. Don't let routine steal the harmony out of your life. Your friend, Lion. PS. Do you feel stuck in life and don't know how to change that? [Click here.
