Now, you might be wondering... ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌

Now, you might be wondering... ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌   Life sometimes feels like you were juggling five balls in the air . Like you were being pulled from different directions. There's always someone who needs something from you. And you're always willing to help. You skip your morning workout to help your business partner put out a fire. You spend your lunch break on the phone with your elderly dad so he doesn’t get too lonely. You keep delaying your dream project to spend time helping stressed employees navigate work challenges. And you're not done yet. When you finally get home, Your kids are waiting for you to cook some dinner or help them with their homework. Your body is desperately asking for a break. But you don't listen. You keep on working for others and not thinking about yourself. Until you end up hitting that dreaded wall. Burnout. You feel stressed all the time. Fatigued. You get frustrated at every little thing. You no longer have that drive and motivation you used to have. Now, everything around you looks grey. All of a sudden... You need to cry for no apparent reason. And that starts showing in other areas of your life as well. You can't get on time with meetings. Your work performance starts getting lower and lower. You're still spending time with your family, but it's like if you weren't there. You feel trapped. And you can't find a way out. Now, you might be wondering... What can you do about this? How can you get past that burnout state you got yourself in? If you're in that place ... Then it's time to start making some time for yourself. With this I'm not saying you should stop helping other people in your life. But if you're always putting yourself on fire just to keep others warm. That's a problem. Being there for everyone all the time is just not possible. Remember what all flight attendants tell you before taking off. In the event of an emergency, you have to secure your own oxygen mask before helping the person beside you. So, start putting yourself higher on your priority list. Make time to do the things you like. Time to have a coffee alone. Meditate. Spend quality time with your loved ones. Anything that lets you reset your brain and decompress when you have to. Start going after those goals you've been putting out for so long just to take care of others. And when you start doing this ... You'll start living a happier and healthier life. You won't be tired anymore. You won't feel exhausted all the time. You'll get the motivation you need to get things done. And because you'll feel recharged... You'll also be able to serve others better. To spend more quality time with your children. You'll be sharper to solve problems at work. But that will only happen when you stop playing the martyr... ...and start putting yourself first. That's when you'll start giving your best. And living a more balanced and happier life. Your friend, Leon P.S. I know how hard it is to stay motivated when you're feeling burned out and don't want to keep going . So if you want to learn how to generate the motivation you need to overcome that situation then... [I want to help you.
