We all have at some point in our lives... ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌   Have you ever felt broken inside ? We all have at some point. You go through a great transition. Right in the middle of a crisis. You think you are handling it well. And you feel good about it. Then all of the sudden. A person from the past reappears in your life. Or a family member says something to you. Something that triggers feelings and emotions you thought you were over with. For them, it's not a big deal but... For you, it makes you reconnect with all the wounds and pain from the past. Wounds you haven't been able to heal. And it makes you feel broken inside. When most people go through something like this ... They seek to escape in some way. They take refuge in unhealthy habits. They work hard to forget what hurts them. And close themselves emotionally. Trying to hide from others what they're going through. They don't allow anyone to connect with them. Whenever someone tries to talk about what's happening, they reject them. Believing they won't understand what they're going through. So no one can help them. And loneliness becomes their best company. All without realizing that by doing this they deny themselves the possibility of a way out. There are 3 things to keep in mind when you're feeling this way. First, remember to embrace your power of choice. Using your power of choice will allow you to change your approach to life. Go from a state where you are weak in the face of pain... to one where you flourish with joy and hope. Using your power of choice empowers and strengthens your ability to take action and make decisions. Is a gift that you have within you And if you choose to use it, it will transform your life. Second, remember to ask for help. As Anne Wilson Schaef once said: Asking for help does not mean that we are weak or incompetent. It usually indicates an advanced level of honesty and intelligence". Support, advice, and encouragement from others help us overcome adversity and solve problems in our lives. It is the energy and wisdom of friends and family that fuels our courage and gives us the desire to improve our lives. Third, remember to focus on what brings you joy. When you're feeling hopeless and frustrated . It's easy to forget the good things that are happening to you. In fact, if you are consumed by negativity, you will begin to believe that there's nothing good in your life. Focusing on the good things on the other hand will bring you joy. It's one of the most important steps when changing your life. The more you focus on the good, the more hopeful you will become. Positivity and hope are contagious. And the more you celebrate the good study, the better you will feel about life. If you keep all these things in mind... You'll see how you'll start feeling better. You'll start healing. And understanding the process you're going through. All the pain you're feeling inside will disappear. That's when you'll open your eyes. And realize you have the power in your hands to live a happier life. In harmony. And at peace with yourself. It's your choice. It always has been. So it is time to decide to be happy.
