It changed us ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌   Whether we like to admit it or not ... The environment we grew up in shaped the way we are. It's the reason why we think a certain way. It makes for what we believe in. Like a pair of eyeglasses through which we see the world. These beliefs are called "paradigms". It's the reason why so many people see maxing out their credit cards to buy stuff they don't need as normal. Or why you end up doing things just because "that's what you're supposed to do". The way you think about money, relationships, happiness. It all comes from those beliefs you got from your environment. And what happens to people that live under these paradigms? They never get to live a full life. They have a desire deep inside their hearts. Something they want to do. And they know that the path they're on is not the right one. But they never do anything about it. They never move to Spain because it's not the "usual" thing people do. They never pursue their passion because "it won't pay the bills". They never get to take that road trip through Highway 79 they always dreamed of. They don't marry the person they want because of what their friends and family will say. Instead, they kill their dreams. And never get to fully enjoy life. Maybe that's the situation you're in right now . If that's the case, you must realize something. If you want to live life to the fullest, you need to change your paradigms. That means changing the inner beliefs and systems that are behind your actions. To ditch that old way of looking at the world. And start looking at it through a different lens. You need to set your goal of where is that you want to be in life. And commit to those goals. It's not just about taking action. It goes beyond that. It will require you to get out of your comfort zone. To override the systems and beliefs society puts in your head. And replace them with new empowering beliefs and goals. It won't be easy. And it won't happen overnight either. You'll have to put all of your focus and effort into becoming that person. But if you stick to your process, you'll succeed. That's when you'll start living your best life. You won't be afraid of what might happen. You won't be afraid of failure anymore. Instead, you'll go through life with a smile. Because you'll be free. Free to take action. Free to take risks. And the most important part... You'll start living a full life.
