To always sit by the table with your loved ones and spend time together? Â Â Hey , Yesterday was a great day. You had a big dinner with your family. You told stories around your Christmas tree. Maybe you even sang some carols around your neighborhood. The day was busy. There were thousands of things to do. Still, you made sure to get home in time to be with your family and loved ones. Wouldn't it be great that every single day of the year was like that? Where you sit by the table with your loved ones and spend time together. In your everyday life though, things are different. You're always busy. Always running around. When you're not working, you're thinking about work. This makes you spend less and less time with your family. You no longer sit with them at dinner and talk about your day. Going out shopping together is rare. You never have the energy to play with your children anymore. What can you do about it? How can you make the time to be with your family like you do on Christmas? At some point in my life, I asked myself this very same question. Where did I found the answer? In my life's missions. See, the missions we have in our life determine the way we act. All our decisions are made around them. If we have a mission in our lives clearly set, all of our actions will be towards that. So, I decided to set a new life mission for myself. I decided I would always put my family first. That I would become the best father and husband I could be. Then, something interesting happened. It was really easy to make a decision where my family was involved. It was like it was made for me. Stay working until late? Not possible. I need to get home and have dinner with my family tonight. Late meeting? Can't do it. I already told my children I would go to the cinema with them. Making those decisions was easy. All because I defined what was important to me and created a life mission around it. This is one of the 5 Secrets to living a full life I teach inside my Full Life Framework guide.
