Just make sure you do this next. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Hey there, In fitness, you often have to first discover what doesn't work (for you) before you can root out what does. So it's okay to fail at a diet or training program. That means you tried. And learned. And now can use that wreckage to climb a little higher next time. Just make sure there is a next time. Because just as courage is the supreme virtue that guarantees all others, showing up is the [master fitness habit]( that forms the nucleus of all others. You can’t lay a course unless you can show up. You can’t gain ground unless you can show up. You can’t have your day unless you can show up. First, you have to establish, then you can improve. First, you have to standardize, then you can optimize. Also: If you’ve told yourself that 2023 will be the year you finally get fit, you don’t have to go it alone. In fact, going solo is the slowest and most stressful way to seek success because no matter your will or wherewithal, there are just too many “unknown unknowns” to trip you up. Without a mentor to point out all of the open manhole covers, you’re bound to break at least a bone or two along the way. That’s why I created my [VIP 1-on-1 coaching service](.
