NEVER. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌

NEVER.  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Hey there, That’s a question I get asked regularly by people in their 30s, 40s, and beyond who are worried they’re over the hill. They’ve usually tried many diet and exercise regimens already, and the diagnosis looks grim. Everything they eat seems to stick to their stomach, hips, and thighs. Their body doesn’t respond to exercise like it once did. Their metabolism feels sluggish and hormones screwy. That doesn’t mean it’s too late to get fit, however. It’s only too late to get fit the way they used to. Fortunately, no matter how much they’ve neglected their wellness in the past, they can eliminate much or even all the fitness “debt” they’ve accrued easier and faster than most think. And unsurprisingly, proper nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, and stress management do most of the heavy lifting (ha ha). For example, research shows that you can not only prevent muscle loss in your forties and beyond, but can gain muscle and strength as effectively as when you were in your twenties. In one study, women aged 65 to 73 and 23 to 28 gained just as much muscle after nine weeks of strength training. In another, men aged 18 to 22 and 35 to 50 made nearly identical muscle and strength gains after eight weeks of strength training. Other research shows that our metabolism isn’t programmed to crash as we get older and that muscle loss alone may be wholly responsible for the age-related decreases in basal metabolic rate. My point is this: It’s never too late to build a strong, defined, and functional body. You just have to do five things consistently: - Do strength training. - Do cardio. - Eat a high-protein, plant-centric diet. - Get enough sleep. - Take the right supplements. If you can follow those five steps, you can have a strong, beautiful, and healthy body that’s remarkably resistant to decay, disease, and dysfunction. For the rest of your life. My personal mission is to preach that plan to as many people as I can, and that’s why I continue to write books and articles, record podcasts, answer emails and social media messages, and the rest of it. That’s also why I just released a new product called [Vitality](. [Image of Vitality]( [Shop Now]( It’s a 100% natural supplement that balances hormones, increases energy levels, and reduces stress and fatigue. That is, it helps you feel stronger, sharper, and sunnier by enhancing your body’s ability to restore and sustain your physical and mental performance and well-being. The reason it’s so effective is it contains clinically effective doses of four of my favorite ingredients for supporting hormones, boosting resilience, and enhancing mood and cognition: - DHEA - Rhodiola rosea (truly a standout) - Bilberry extract - Vitamin B12 Studies show that together, these ingredients can help you feel fitter, livelier, and calmer, and especially if you’re no longer in your 20s. And especially if you have low testosterone (men) or estrogen (women) levels. [Click here to learn why](. P.P.S. Would you rather buy on Amazon? Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
