I’m reaching out because you’ve probably seen at least a few of our emails regarding our spring sale. This is our first big sale of the year—everything is discounted up to 30% when you [use the code SPRING at checkout.]( And so unsurprisingly, we’ve already processed over 3,000 orders and fielded hundreds of questions per day. Many people are asking the same things, so I thought I’d share the most common questions in case they can be of any help to you, too. And if you have a question that isn’t answered here, just reply to this email, and it’ll come straight to me. Alrighty, on to the fun . . . ****** Q: How does your spring sale work, exactly? A: Basically, everything on the site is marked down up to 15% and then, when you [use the code SPRING at checkout]( you save up to another 15%. Hence the “up to 30% in savings.” (We had to do it this way because our coupon system isn’t sophisticated enough to allow different discounts on different products.) Q: Why are different products marked down different amounts? A: We didn’t use to do sales this way, but realized that was a mistake. Different products cost us different amounts to produce and thus, we can’t discount everything the same amount (or we’ll just lose money on many orders). For instance, [Whey+]( costs us about $25 per bottle to produce and ship to your door, so we can’t discount it as much as let’s say, [Pulse]( which costs us about $18 per bottle to produce and ship to you. The same goes for individual flavors, too. [Cinnamon cereal Whey+]( (freaking delicious, FYI), for instance, costs us about $3.50 more per bottle to produce than [Dutch chocolate Whey+](. Q: Which products are discounted the most? A: Some of the biggest markdowns include: - Our bestselling pre-workout [Pulse]( is $9.40 off[.]( - Our pre-workout fat burner [Forge]( is $8.65 off. - Our high-quality micellar casein protein [Casein+]( is up to $11 off. - Our comprehensive sport multivitamin [Triumph]( is up to $11 off. Q: Do you have any supplements for preventing or fighting COVID-19? A: No. If only it were that easy. That said, we do have [several supplements that can enhance general health and immunity]( which minimally can’t hurt at a time like this. Q: What are your most popular flavors? A: For [Pulse]( it’s . . . [Fruit punch]( 2.) [Blue raspberry]( 3.) [Grape]( For [Whey+]( it’s . . . [Dutch chocolate]( 2.) [French vanilla]( 3.) [Salted Caramel]( For [Recharge]( it’s [strawberry lemonade](. For Thrive, it’s [chocolate]( (but I must say—[vanilla]( is my personal favorite). And for [Casein+]( it’s . . . wait for it . . . [milk chocolate](. Q: I do intermittent fasting. Will Pulse break my fast? A: No. One serving of [Pulse]( contains just 5 to 10 calories, which won’t raise insulin levels enough to break your fast. Q: Which fat burner should I take—Phoenix or Forge? A: Both! [Phoenix]( and [Forge]( help you lose fat in different ways and were meant to be “stacked” together for maximum effectiveness. That said, if you want just one or the other, I’d recommend [Phoenix]( because you don’t have to train in a fasted state for it to work as with [Forge](. ****** I hope that helped, and if you have a question that isn’t addressed here, definitely reply to this email and I’ll get back to you right away. And if you haven’t already, make sure to take advantage of our first big sale of the year before we run out of stock of at least something. ⇒ [Click here to shop now and save up to 30% (use code SPRING at checkout)]( Best, Carson Lee Director of Customer Experience Legion Athletics P.S.
