Sometimes, you just have to struggle. Sometimes, it just takes what it takes. For example, you can’t just “do cardio” to get lean, there’s no way to “hack” your metabolism for faster fat loss, and the process of dieting is occasionally punctuated with moments of sudden, explosive doubt, discouragement, and distress. So, sometimes you just need to plow on. You're doing fine. You really are. In fact, you’re probably doing more than fine, so when was the last time you hugged yourself for how far you’ve come? For how much you’ve shown up, taken on, and learned and grown? Well done. You should be proud. Even if you feel like you have a country mile to go. Know this, too: You don’t have to keep going it alone. In fact, if I could hop into a DeLorean, go back in time, and shake some sense into Younger Me, I would’ve forced myself to do one thing: Hire a coach. Why? A good coach would’ve saved me goodness-knows-how-much time, energy, and frustration lost trying to figure everything out through trial and error. And that means much more than just creating effective training and eating plans. A good coach keeps you accountable, tracks your progress, celebrates your wins, soothes your doubts and disappointments, and even scowls you straight on those days where you just don’t feel like picking up and putting down heavy things. That’s why many of even the best athletes still have not just a coach, but a team of coaches—one for their fitness, one for their nutrition, one for their mindset, one or more for their sport, etc. And why you should have a coach too, especially if you want to transform your body but can’t seem to break out of a rut. Or if you’ve read books and articles, watched videos, and listened to podcasts but still aren’t sure exactly how to put all the pieces together. Or if you know what to do but are struggling to stay motivated and on track. That’s why I created my [1-on-1 coaching service](. My team has worked with thousands of men and women of all ages and circumstances and helped them replace thousands of pounds of fat with thousands of pounds of muscle. For example, we helped Giany (24) drop 19 pounds and 11% body fat to get in the best shape of his life: [Giany (24) dropped 19 pounds and 11% body fat to get in the best shape of his life]( And how we helped Christine (33) shed 24 pounds, 12% body fat, and 4 inches off her waist: [Michelle lost 10 pounds and 5% body fat.]( And how we did the same for Derick (58), who lost 12 pounds and slashed his body fat by 7% while also increasing his whole-body strength: [Derick (58), lost 12 pounds and slashed his body fat by 7% while also increasing his whole-body strength]( What’s more, Giany, Christine, and Derick all made these radical transformations in as little as 90 days. And guess what? YOU CAN TOO. That’s why I’m writing this email. Many people think success stories like these are fake or too good to be true, but they’re actually the norm when you consistently do the most important things right. Want to learn more?
