This is what KIDS are taught to do if a gunman comes into their school. [Leaders We Deserve]( Run. Hide. Fight. This is what KIDS are taught to do — Kindergarteners to high school seniors — if a gunman comes into their school and starts shooting. Instead of changing our gun laws so that we can save lives, shameless NRA-backed politicians have installed those words and that training into our kids' school curriculum. And after they put the onus of not getting shot at school on our children, they started working double-duty in state capitols across the country to dismantle our already-weak gun laws. Truly reprehensible. So now, through Leaders We Deserve, we’re rewriting the script: We need to start running for office. We need to stop hiding from our responsibility to protect future generations. We need to start fighting for a better future. [But we can only grow this movement with your continued support. Can you contribute $5 today and help us fight our way to a better future, where "run hide fight" is left in our history books and not our headlines?]( [Donate »]( There were many who said after Parkland that we couldn’t change anything because we were just a “bunch of kids.” But we proved them wrong — we passed gun laws in a state “owned” by the NRA. There were many who said young people would never vote. But we proved them wrong in 2018 — defeating more NRA-backed politicians than ever before in U.S. history. Then, in 2020, we defeated NRA puppet Donald Trump. Both of these victories enabled us to pass the first federal gun law in 30 years. There were many who said Maxwell Frost, March For Our Lives' first National Organizing Director, could never be the first Gen Z Member of Congress. But we proved them wrong, again. Are you ready to keep flipping the script and fighting the status quo with us, {NAME}? [Leaders We Deserve is committed to electing young leaders who will fight for the change we know is possible, but we need grassroots support to make it happen.
