The stucco- and stone-clad house is made up of four circle-shaped living spaces set on three levels. Designed by Modernist architect William Krisel, it includes curved walls of stone, a round kitchen island and a circular fireplace in the center of the living room. The sprawling house has a funky/kitschy vibe that recalls its 1960s origins and Presley’s residency. Dining and living rooms, a bar, a breakfast bar, four bedrooms and five bathrooms are among the 5,000 square feet of living space. A swimming pool, a tennis court and a fruit orchard make up the 1.25 acres of grounds. Presley, who died in 1977 at age 42, appealed to multiple generations with his Grammy-winning vocals, television and live performances and movie roles. That’s $401,000 above his asking price and nearly double what he paid for the property five years ago — $775,000. The Spanish-style structure, built in 1923, has a total of two bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,496 square feet of living space. There are raised ceilings, exposed beams, arched windows and a fireplace in one of the bedrooms. Franco, 39, is known for his roles in the comedy “Pineapple Express” (2008), “127 Hours” (2010) and the “Spider-Man” films. He bought the five-bedroom traditional in 1995 for $565,000. A library with a large stained-glass window, a den, a sun room and a formal dining room are within the 4,420 square feet of living space. Molina, 64, has film credits including “Raiders of the Lost Ark” (1981), “Boogie Nights” (1997) and “Spider-Man 2” (2004). Expanded and reimagined by the sellers, the compound centers on a 1950s contemporary set on 2.5 acres. The 7,670 square feet of living space includes a sky-lighted great room, five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The downstairs master wing opens to a swimming pool. There’s a three-car garage and a gardener’s workshop. Coburn, who died in 2002 at 74, sold the house in 1996 for $865,000, public records show. The western and war film actor was in such films as “The Magnificent Seven,” “The Great Escape” and “Our Man Flint.” He won an Academy Award for supporting actor for “Affliction” (1997). There are five bedrooms and eight bathrooms in nearly 8,700 square feet of living space. A gym, lounge and barber station are within the guesthouse. The 32-year-old Ariza was a player with UCLA. Lined with travertine floors, the custom-built home includes a formal dining room and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with granite countertops and a breakfast nook. There are a total of five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 5,833 square feet of interior space. An athletic court, cabana, fire pit and wet bar make up the spacious backyard. The swimming pool features a grotto water slide and waterfall. Guerrero, 42, played for four teams during his 16-year career, racking up 449 home runs and nine All-Star Game appearances.
