Our transition team is hard at work making sure that Brad will be ready to hit the ground running on

Our transition team is hard at work making sure that Brad will be ready to hit the ground running on January 1. {NAME} – You might have noticed that Brad’s schedule is busy one. On most days he does a couple public events – meeting New Yorkers at a community event or attending a rally in support of legislation. Then there are the meetings, with other legislators, with staff, with advocates, and with labor leaders on pressing policy issues that he is working on. And right now, as he gets ready to lead the 750-person team at the Comptroller’s office, there are a lot of people to meet and make new plans with. So every hour that we set aside on his calendar for him to call donors to raise our transition budget is an hour that he could be spending talking to stakeholders about his plans to make government work better. That’s where this email comes in. [Can you chip in to help us cover our transition expenses?]( [SUPPORT BRAD]( We are excited to be building a team that will use the tools of the Comptroller’s office to help secure a thriving future for all New Yorkers, ensure that city government delivers on its promises, and build a more just and resilient city. In order to hit the ground running on January 1, Brad and his transition staff are hard at work hiring that strong team and making exciting plans to put the ideas we ran on into action. [Please, if you are able, give to support that work.]( We’re so grateful for everything you’ve done so far to get us here.
