Gold and metals have also been selling off, and the banks… Woof, bank stocks have been getting crushed with earnings approaching... Big. Red. Flag. [As for Wednesday’s top order flow…]( More and more lately, I’ve liked the first and last couple of orders that hit my News Flow Scanner… So what hit first Wednesday? October monthly Abercrombie & Fitch puts… But they had a $50 strike and with shares trading around $55, I don’t love this… These are short-dated puts that don’t get earnings, and they’re far out of the money. So in my opinion, these were likely a hedge against a long position. Too far out of the money for me! I also spotted some Super Micro Computer weekly calls that the trader ended up selling for a loss, in and out of the trade in 20 minutes. And that, my friends, is why I don’t like trading expensive options flow. These were over $6.00 a contract — so $600 — and the risk versus reward just isn’t there. So I stick with my bread and butter, cheap options (and short-dated in this environment). You know what bright spot I saw today? Tesla! My baby, my darling… one of my favorite stocks to trade. You’ll be hearing a lot more about a new Tesla trading strategy I’ve been cooking up in the days ahead. So stay tuned! As for Wednesday’s top order flow… [These Stocks Hit My News Flow Scanner]( [] [] _________________________________________________ [] Why Would Anyone Buy and Hold in THIS Market?! What you have to understand is that big Wall Street firms account for 80% of the volume on the New York Stock Exchange alone… They create market supply and demand. Their large volume dumps on any given stock in this low volume environment is more than enough to temporarily lift the price of a stock over a short period of time… And thanks to a special type of trade I’ll show you today, we’re able to piggyback some of these large volume transactions… And quickly FLIP them into opportunities targeting $500 or more in a single day (based on a $2,500 investment). If this is your first time seeing this, that’s OK! What can you and I do with this? Follow along! Someone believes this stock is going to head higher. In fact, they were willing to put a ton of money down on it… So there may be a mega move to follow!
