We have you covered.     [65cb96c67f44c image] Did you get your fasnachts in time for Fasnacht Day? My partner and I went the "untraditional" route and got glazed fasnachts from Bird-in-Hand Bakery. Astounding. There's no wrong way to enjoy the sweet pillowy treat. Photo credit to Blaine Shahan | LNP|LancasterOnline. It's a weekend of celebrations! Here's what I'm loving. Swartz's Roadside Stand Right over the northeastern border of Lancaster County sits a small, Berks County farm called Swartz's Roadside Stand. For Valentine's Day, I decided to take my fiancé to cuddle with some cows. We were paired with a sweet, lazy mini Highland cow named Winnie, and a rowdy white mini Highland cow named Matteo (pictured above). We also got to meet other cows named Hazel and Penny, as well as a very friendly, soft alpaca named Cheerio. The farm offers cow cuddles, goat cuddles, farm tours and more. The world can be so stressful and unkind; these cows were a wonderful reprieve. Did we spot you? [65c94830d5ed5 image] Our photographers are always out and about.
