[645176ed3c1d0 image] This file photo from LNP photographer Andy Blackburn shows dancer Marian West performing as a butterfly in 2023's production of "Lovebug." 'Lovebug' I had a blast telling everyone that I would be on-shift on a Saturday to watch an interpretive dance about bugs. "Lovebug," a dance performance from Lititz-based FRWRD Dance Co., kicked off for the second year at Mickey's Black Box on April 25 and 27. It's an event geared more toward kids, though it did feature drinks for those old enough to imbibe. It's an hour of fun and beautiful dancing, a great time for anyone from 1-100 years old. This year, they added in an interpretive dance for cockroaches. While I wouldn't want to see the real bug anywhere near me, FRWRD Dance Co. made them feel creepy in a beautiful way. [Here are a few clips to watch from "Lovebug."]( Did we spot you? [662bec7d27b00 image] Our photographers are always out and about.
