Let's join together in Prayer and Meditation! [Lakewood Church]( [Hero Image] Let's Join Together in Prayer and Meditation! Thursday, May 4th Friend, Today is a special day for prayer and reflection. On this National Day of Prayer, a tradition dating back to 1775 when the Continental Congress appointed a time for prayer in forming a new nation, we stand together in faith believing God is using all things for our good and His glory. We believe for God’s best over your life and we pray for you continually. Today, let's join in prayer and meditation over our cities, our nation, and our world—let’s pray for our families and our church community. Inspired by James 5:16, let's “pray fervently in righteousness and avail much.” Together, we believe and declare the promises of God! Father, Your grace is sufficient. We are grateful for You, God, and for what You've done for us. We will not take people, opportunities, and the favor You have blessed us with for granted. We will look at what is right and not what is wrong. Each day is a gift from You. Our hearts overflow with praise and gratitude for all of Your goodness. In Jesus' name. Amen. We love hearing from you and getting the opportunity to pray for you. We love you, Joel & Victoria Osteen If you are in need of prayer, we are here for you.
