But when I look back on that time, I’m again so proud of the team at Lakeland. Our wonderful colleagues worked exceptionally hard so you could continue to shop with us as we safely packed and sent your goodies from our Distribution Centre here in Cumbria. And our store colleagues couldn’t wait to welcome you back when we were able to open our doors again in April. Your loyalty and support really does make all the hard work worth it. [Our friendly staff] 2021 saw us continue to adapt to different ways of working. And like many of you, lots of our colleagues combined home and office working. We will continue to monitor our ways of working in all areas to ensure we keep colleagues and customers safe. We’ve all had to accept that the last couple of years have presented challenges beyond our control, but we will always put you first and carry on providing the excellent service and support you expect from us.
