Hey there, itâs Madeleine, Kristinâs campaign manager. Iâm reaching out because we have a critical deadline coming up in just a few days, and I wanted to check in and explain why itâs so critical that we hit our fundraising goal. Two weeks ago, wealthy Trump-backed Republican Tony Wied won the primary and officially became our opponent. Thanks to his immense personal wealth, his campaign isnât worried about how theyâll bankroll ads and fund volunteer efforts. Theyâve got that covered without even trying. Weâre trying to close the gap, but time is running out quickly. At the same time, Iâm writing our campaign plan for the last two months of this campaign, and knowing what weâll be able to fund is key to victory.
