Abortion bans are to blame. You're receiving this email because you've supported Democratic and pro-choice candidates in the past. Emails like this are a critical way for us to keep in touch with supporters, but if you wish to receive fewer emails, you can do so [here]( or unsubscribe [here](. Team, The infant death rate in Texas rose by almost 13% the year after the state's abortion ban was passed. This is not healthcare. Banning abortions is not protecting or saving lives. This is a personal political agenda, schemed by right-wing politicians, packaged in lies and forced upon countless women. Let's get one thing straight: healthcare should never be political. Politics should never be a factor that influences infant death rates, and politicians should never have the power to interfere in some of our most personal medical decisions. [I want to know where you stand on this topic. Can you take my reproductive health survey and share your views on some very critical issues facing doctors and patients around the country?]( In 14 states, abortion is banned in almost all circumstances. In 7 states, abortion is restricted to a gestational limit set early in a pregnancy, often before a person knows they’re pregnant. 21 out of 50 states have fallen victim in the fight for reproductive rights and autonomy. But the battle to keep politicians out of our hospitals and healthcare offices doesn’t end there. We have the power to reverse these rulings and turn the tide. Voters and Democratic elected officials are pushing back to make their voices heard in favor of protecting and expanding reproductive rights. Now more than ever, we need the federal government to take the necessary steps to protect the right to safe, legal abortion care nationwide. I’m committed to doing everything in my power to make sure our reproductive and healthcare autonomy remains out of corrupt politicians’ hands and in our own control. I pledge to champion federal legislation that protects health care workers and ensures that everyone, regardless of the state they live in, is able to make their own decisions about their health care and future. [Make your voice heard. This survey on reproductive health gives you the chance to give your input on a critical issue and have a say in your future. I hope you’ll take it.]( Thank you for being part of this fight, Kristin Lyerly [SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS]( PAID FOR BY KRISTIN LYERLY FOR CONGRESS If you'd like to unsubscribe you can [click here.]( Checks can be sent to Friends of Kristin for Wisconsin at 1794 Allouez Ave Ste C #133 Green Bay, WI 54311
