enCore Energy is the newest uranium producer in the United States [Click to watch the video]( In November, enCore Energy (TSXV: EU; NASDAQ: EU) became the newest uranium producer in the U.S. at its Rosita In-Situ-Recovery (ISR) uranium central processing plant (CPP) and wellfield, about 98 km west of Corpus Christi. There are only 3 uranium producers in the United States. The Company shipped its first delivery of uranium earlier this month. “It has been an incredibly transformative time for the company,” says William Sheriff, enCore’s founder and Executive Chairman. “In addition to the start of uranium production at Rosita in 2023, we acquired the South Texas Alta Mesa CPP and wellfield, our third ISR plant, which we plan to have in production early this year.” Moving two projects towards production at the same is a significant feat,” Sheriff notes. The company also announced that after acquiring Alta Mesa for $120 mm USD in 2023, they sold a 30% stake and established a joint venture with Boss Energy, an Australian ISR uranium producer, for $60 MM USD 8 months later. The funds will provide the company with the ability to accelerate its production pipeline. enCore owns three of the eleven fully licensed ISR plants in the U.S.—Rosita, Alta Mesa, and Kingsville Dome—all of them within a 130 km radius in Texas. enCore has a goal to establish a 3 MM pound production capacity by the end of 2026. $EU #enCoreenergy #energy #nuclearenergy #nuclear #uranium #uraniumproduction #cleanenergy #carbonfree #Southtexas #TexasEnergy #GoNuclear [@enCoreEnergy_EU]( [@SheriffJanet]( [@Billsheriff_]( [@GoransonPaul]( [Click to watch the video]( enCore Energy Corp., America’s Clean Energy Company™, is committed to providing clean, reliable, and affordable fuel for nuclear energy as the newest uranium producer in the United States. Uranium production commenced at enCore’s licensed and past-producing South Texas Rosita Central In-Situ Recovery (“ISR”) Uranium Processing Plant (“CPP”) in November 2023 with work underway for a planned 2024 restart of uranium production at its licensed and past-producing South Texas Alta Mesa CPP. The enCore team is led by industry experts with extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of ISR uranium operations and the nuclear fuel cycle. enCore solely utilizes ISR for uranium extraction, a well-known and proven technology co-developed by the leaders at enCore Energy. In-Situ Recovery extracts uranium in a wellfield using natural groundwater and oxygen, coupled with a proven ion exchange process, to recover the uranium. Future projects in enCore’s production pipeline include the Dewey-Burdock project in South Dakota and the Gas Hills project in Wyoming, along with significant uranium resource endowments in New Mexico providing long term opportunities. enCore diligently works to realize value from other owned assets, including our proprietary uranium database that includes technical information from many past producing companies, from our various non-core assets, and by leveraging our ISR expertise in researching opportunities that support the use of this technology as applied to other metals. enCore is also committed to working with local communities and indigenous governments to create positive impact from corporate developments.
