But with the midterms in under three weeks, many of these very same women are being massively outspent by the GOP and dark money groups in their purple districts. They’re at serious risk of losing their seats—and with them, our House majority. I know it can be difficult to decide where to invest your resources in the final stretch of the campaign. [So today, I am urging you to support three of these outstanding women in toss-up House races where your support can still seriously move the needle: Rep. Sharice Davids (Kansas-03), Rep. Angie Craig (Minnesota-02), and Rep. Kim Schrier (Washington-08).]( Sharice, Angie and Kim are neck-and-neck in purple districts with affordable media markets. That means your dollar makes a HUGE difference when it comes to getting ads on the air and reaching voters. (They also happen to be my teammates on the Congressional Women’s Softball team—I can tell you firsthand that Sharice, Angie and Kim are the real deal). It’s simple. We cannot afford to lose Sharice, Angie and Kim’s voices in Congress. [Please: Will you invest in these three campaigns today and save our House majority?]( Let me take a moment to share a bit more about each of these outstanding members of Congress—and why they deserve your support. [Rep. Sharice Davids]( is a member of the Ho-Chunk Nation and an expert in Native American community and economic development. The first LGBTQ Kansan elected to Congress, Sharice is a model for other LGBTQ leaders running in red districts across the country. Against the odds, she defeated her hard-line opponent’s anti-choice ballot measure this August. The latest polls still show this race as a toss up—[with your support, we can build on the Democratic momentum in Kansas and hold this seat.]( The first openly LGBTQ person elected to the U.S. House from Minnesota, [Rep. Angie Craig]( has been a champion of marriage equality in her home state. The Congressional Leadership Fund, a GOP-aligned group, just announced plans to pour another $900,000 into this race—flipping this seat is one of Republicans’ top priorities. Angie defeated her GOP opponent by under 10,000 votes in 2020—[your contribution now will help turn out Democratic voters and power Angie’s campaign to victory.]( [Rep. Kim Schrier]( is the only pediatrician to ever serve in Congress, and ran as a first-time candidate in 2018 after watching her congressman vote to gut the Affordable Care Act. She’s pragmatic, no-nonsense, and works across the aisle to deliver results. Her GOP opponent? He’s “unapologetically” anti-choice and refused to accept the results of the 2020 election. [It is absolutely critical that we re-elect Kim to Congress.]( Each of these races is going to come down to a small number of undecided voters—and if our candidates can get their messages out, they’ll win. It’s that simple. [So please, give as much as you can right now to re-elect Sharice, Angie and Kim and save our House majority.]( I don’t want to wake up on November 9th to fewer women in Congress for the first time in a decade. Do you? Thank you for stepping up when it matters most. -Kirsten Paid for by Off the Sidelines PAC Contributions or gifts to Off the Sidelines PAC are not tax-deductible.
