This is a special email going out to anyone who opened or replied to my previous message titled, "For a "select group" of copywriters ONLY". That email contained info about a new program I'm a part of. And how you could work with me as your Copy Chief (if you hurry). Originally, I said reply to that email if you wanted more info. And I'd send you the deets. But at the rate things are going, it's looking like the last remaining seats will go much faster than expected. And truth be told, I don't want to be the bottleneck in the process... Or the reason anyone misses out (because I don't reply fast enough). So I'm sharing the link with you here directly and all the deets... Plus, for fun, I wanted to share a story I've never really discusses about my own experience with a Copy Chief (at the very bottom). But first, here's the link + deets: Link to learn more: [( If you've ever wanted 5 world class coaches to help you with every part of your copywriting business, read this grey section of the email very closely. Because I've jumped aboard a premium coaching team called The Copywriting Mastery Mentorship Program (CMMP for short) and want you to join me. This program is a complete (think end to end) approach to creating top 5% copywriters in the world, spearheaded by Shiv Shetti, and with the help of Adil Amarsi, Lavan Jeyarupalingam, Pauline Longdon, and myself. We believe "those who get trained by the best, become the best." And that's the goal with this group. So it covers everything ... from dialing in nutrition and work habits... to teaching you how to truly service clients (at the highest levels)... to getting DAILY feedback on your copy and DAILY support on every question that could possibly come up as you build/work in your business. In truth, there's so much value stuffed into the program that one person couldn't possibly do it all themselves. That's why the program actually includes 5 different coaches and lots of supporting staff. Truly, it's the program that I wish I would have had at the beginning of my career. Because it essentially puts you into close contact with 5 different "Copy Chiefs" (me and 4 others) to help you learn and grow. I only had 1, lucky you! And we're there to help you as much as you work the system. Now I'll let you read/watch more about everything included below. But if you're serious about this, I have no doubt it could completely change the trajectory of your copywriting career. My Copy Chiefs have done that for me and I'd love to do that for you. Everything included, mentee case studies and more can be found here (3 spots left): [( Now, here's a fun story about my own experience with a Copy Chief (and why I think every writer should have one)... It all began back in 2016 inside a clubhouse suite at an NBA game... Why was I there? This was the annual meet-up for employees of Ramit Sethi’s company I Will Teach You To Be Rich. And it turned out to be one of the most path-altering nights of my life. Because as I downed my second vodka soda and got a slight buzz, I realized I had to go to the bathroom. And bad. So I cut through the crowded room, snaked my way down the hall and tried to find the restroom before my bladder exploded. When all of the sudden, I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around. “Hey Rob, how’s it going?” It was Ramit’s Copy Chief. I was in awe. Because even though we worked at the same company, I’d barely spoken to him. He mostly only ever interfaced with Ramit directly. And in the few times we did communicate, it was over Slack. So I was a bit nervous to say the least... And this meeting wasn't exactly under ideal circumstances (I wast trying to go the bathroom). I spoke, “Hey! It’s so good to finally meet you in person. You’re a legend around here!” Him: “Really? I don't know about that. But I’m glad I caught you because I’d been meaning to talk to you for awhile now." I started to smile, feeling seen. Then he added, "It's about some of your work.” I felt my heart drop. Was I about to get fired while attending a basketball game and nearly peeing my pants? Wow, great way to end things. I said, “Oh yeah? Everything ... is .... um ... okay ... right?” He went on, “Oh, yeah. Your stuff is fine. Good ideas... Sometimes." (The words "fine" and "sometimes" stung like a hornet bitting same spot twice.) Then, he said, "But you know what? I really think you could be one of the top writers here... If you’re willing to work at it?” He said it like he wanted me to say no. And part of me did want to back down from the challenge. But also, deep down, I knew I wanted to be great. To be a real copy expert. So I told him I was willing to try whatever he had up his sleeve. And over the next few months, he put me through a true copywriting bootcamp. He reviewed every piece of copy I wrote. Looked at my ideas for funnels. And most times, ripped my work to SHREDS. It was tough. Brutal even. But I was growing. I could feel myself getting better. More than that, I recognized that the notes he was leaving on my work were giving me insights — subtle copy tweaks and lessons — that would have taken me decades to learn on my own. And today, when I reflect on that period in my life, I know it completely changed the trajectory of my career. Within 1 month of that fateful night, my writing was stronger and converting better than it ever had. I’ll never forget the first time I wrote a single email that generated over $50,000 with his guidance. I felt electric. Within 6 months, I’d doubled my income. And was finally able to go on trips I’d only dreamed of as a kid. Within 18 months, I received my first-ever royalty payment for my writing. Within 24 months, I was offered equity in a company and a high 6-figure salary. Within 3 years, I was running a copywriting business with my girlfriend that gave us complete freedom day to day. And I can trace it all back to a simple decision to say yes to the hard but priceless road ahead of working with a Copy Chief. And now, years later, it's kind of weird to think about this: What would have happened had I not said yes when the opportunity came? Would I be the same Rob? Or someone completely different? No matter what you choose to do, I'll be here. Stay awesome, Rob "Last Call" Allen P.S. You know what they say, "Pics or didn't happen!" So here's a photo of little ol' me at the company retreat, chilling in the box seats with Ramit and team: Are we connected on Twitter? [Follow me here!]( No longer want to receive these emails? Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
