They have zero impulse control. And sacrifice their future for short-term satisfaction. But if you don't sacrifice for what you want, what you want becomes the sacrifice. Look, as everybody’s feeling all warm and fuzzy. With their new year's resolutions neatly written down in a goddamn listicle. The more important question is… What are you willing to give up to reach the promised land? Who are you willing to cut out of your life? What leisures are you willing to kill? If nothing… Then unfortunately these resolutions will remain nothing but a pipe dream. A fleeting memory that drifts away in the wind. Okay, so in my last email, I spoke about… Addition by subtraction. And that you can make your business better not by adding more things. But by removing them. Things that are holding back growth. Most people’s default position is to add more. I personally coach thousands of entrepreneurs. Yes, thousands. And the biggest thing I see holding ‘em back is a constant need to add MORE. Ooooh, look at this…TikTok ads. Lemme play with this shiny object. Yet these same peeps. Could scale their spend on existing channels 5-15X. Yet they’d rather add more complexity to their biz. Attribution. Creative resources. Diluting their team's focus. They’d get a helluva lot more throughput in their biz. By perfecting a limited number of key areas. Rather than trynna cover everything superficially. Do you REALLY need to add another traffic channel? Or could you use those resources to run 3-6 split tests per month. And 3X your ad spend on existing channels? And be in a better position? So before you get all doe-eyed about the latest shiny marketing toy. Ask yourself… is this essential? If not, stuff it into a bag and swing it against a tree. It’s going to zero. 1-star. Total crap. Or else big daddy captain Suby will emerge… And slap you about the face-cheeks with iron fists of sensibility. Cos I want you to win. I want this to be your year. Otherwise why on earth would I sit here typing these beautiful words to you each week? Okay…wanna see what this looks like from a practical level? Well here’s some sauce: [image]( This could be you. Generating leads on autopilot. No more hoping and praying for referrals. No more DMing or cold emailing folks. This is just one story. From thousands. Don’t believe me? See for yourself. All these peeps are no different to you. They just took action. Alrighty. Want the deets? [Gently tap this link]( - I've so lovingly placed all the details here for ya. See you on the other side. Sabri P.S. yippiedeedoodah. Look at you. Greedy little {NAME}. Still wanting more. Jeez. Okay. Well, lemme close the loop on that subject line. I’m currently in the mountains of Rajasthan with leopards (all while leads flow into my biz on autopilot). Today, I drove 3 hours into the foothills and saw a leopard feasting on a baby monkey. Nature’s one wild ass thing. Check out the pic. [image]( Speak soon.
