Heck, in some industries it's as high as 65%. Nuttier than squirrel turds, I know. [image]( Especially when it’s 100% avoidable. I’ll tell ya how in just a minute. And this is only on keywords. That don’t produce pesos for ya biz. And doesn’t factor in fake clicks from competitors or bots. Which I’ll spill the beans on also. And how you can stop this madness. And fill ya ad account with sunshine, rainbows and baby giggles. Alriiiiighty. It’s called Google Ads “stupidity tax”. Lemme break it down… As of writing this, our agency has audited 1,167 Google Ads accounts. And we've found businesses waste 46.8% of ALL ad spend. Light it on fire. Bury it in the backyard. And look, we’re not some YouTube gurus who smell like Ramen and unpaid taxes. Nope. We’ve looked at over 210 million in ad spend. 80 billion impressions. 340 million clicks. 21 million keywords. In 416 different industries and niches. From all across the world. In other words… We know what it takes to make the absolute most outta every single click. Lock, stock and barrel. Ya see, competition, costs, and quality requirements put in place by the fine folks over at Google. Make it VERY hard for people to make the maximum amount of moolah from Google ads. Unless they’re doing ALL the following (ALL the time): - Do you run split tests and base the winner on which ad makes you the most cheese... Or are you still using the old-school method of comparing click-throughs and conversions? - Hint: you’ve gotta combine click-through and conversion into one number. Profit per impression. Otherwise, you’re just making uncle Google rich! - Do you give searchers EXACTLY what they're looking for... and then immediately funnel ‘em off Google? - Are you tracking conversions to leads and sales at the keyword level? (i.e. which leads convert into actual sales and which keywords drove that EXACT lead. - Are you spying on your competitor’s keywords and ads, search position, and impressions ... then tracking their campaigns on a daily basis? - Do you know which competitors are most successful, on what keywords, and with which ads? - Are you using PMax in your campaigns? If not, you’re missing out BIG time. What measures do you take against click fraud? Do you identify violators and screen out their IP addresses? Cos here’s where most people poop their PJs. 90% of Google ad campaigns get hit with click fraud. On average 14% of all clicks on Google Ads are from non-genuine sources. Heck. In some industries like photography, pest control, locksmiths, plumbing and waste removal… Click fraud is as high as 65% of ad spend! Holy guacamole, I know. And when ya partner this with bidding on wasted keywords. From either not tracking sales down to a keyword level. No negative keywords list. Or poor account structure.
