This is more lit than a full moon party. {NAME}, There are business owners going in and out. Failed start-ups everywhere. Graveyard’s full of dreams. It sounds like a bad scene. But a lot of business owners live in a bubble. And the information I’m about to share with you… Could save you from financial disaster. Don’t believe me? Cool. Well, answer this…. What’s the #1 best-selling car in the world? *don’t you dare go and google it* Before I tell you. Take a few guesses. Now, if you live in a metropolitan city. With say more 4 million people living in it. You might say… Hmmm. Lemme see. The Tesla Model 3. Or maybe a Toyota Camry. Or maybe even a BMW 3 series. Why. Cos you likely live in a bubble. And are too zoomed into your surroundings. To take an accurate view of the market… From 10,000ft to see what’s really going on. You likely see a lotta these cars cruising the streets. And assume it’s what everybody's buying. But you’d be wrong. Alright, alright. Jeez. Relax. Imma tell you what it is…. And then explain what I’m getting at here. The #1 selling car in the world is a Toyota Corolla. *But*... When it comes to the bestselling car category. It's a pickup truck. Yup. One of these big bad boys. [image] In the US, it’s the Ford F-series. In Australia, the Toyota Hilux. Alrighty. Let’s play another little game, shall we? Hmmm. Lemme see. Okay, got it! What do you think the average person spends on building a home? And look, depending on what corner of the earth you’re reading this. The cost will vary dramatically. But again, the devil is in the details. In Australia, it’s 313k. In the US it’s 248k. And this is what that will get you… [image] Not what most people would call beautiful. But yet it makes up 90% of the volume of homes being built. Alright, what am I getting at? It's that you can’t let your own biases and opinions. Cloud your judgement of what the market is buying. Now, that doesn’t mean you gotta sell mass-market crap to be successful. But you gotta be aware of what the market is buying. In huge quantities to know what your positioning is. Because that’s the alternative you’re selling against… Look, if you’re running ads online. When someone’s Googling “home building companies”. 9 out of 10 times that’s what they’re looking for. A 250k pile of bricks and paint. They might not be thinking it. But when push comes to shove. That’s what the mass market is buying. So, you can try and ignore this. And swim against the raging river of mass-market desires. But you've gotta be tough if you’re gonna be stupid. *apply cold water to the burned area* Again. That doesn’t mean you can’t sell a magnificent two-story home that would make an accountant gasp online. But you gotta know your positioning. Alright, jellybean. Listen up. If you wanna turn your annual revenue into your monthly revenue. And craft offers that cut through your market like a hot knife to butter. And most importantly… Own a ‘selling system’ that delivers you 5-50+ dream clients. Every. Single. Month. (Even when the economy is a total sh*t show). [Then go and check this out.](=) It’s a wild free training full of moolah makin’ magic I’ve put together. That shows you in forensic detail exactly how to do this. Enjoy! Sabri P.S. You didn’t think I was going to end without a PS, did you? Or that captain Suby would talk this big game and not include a few testimonials to back it up? Good riddance.
