Move through this period of your business growth as fast as possible… And emerge on the other side as a beautiful, time-rich butterfly. This path is “character building”, to put it lightly. And Godspeed to any brave soul who chooses this Kokoda trail of business growth. Because you’re taking on two full-time roles… One of which you have no experience in whatsoever. (most chefs aren’t also world-class marketers). Or, you could take the second option… Hire a marketing agency to bring more traffic in the door while you continue to chef for a time. You’re still wearing two hats… Chef and business builder. But you have help achieving your goal. You’ll also get to have a life...
