The incident occurred shortly before 3 p.m., and Stines is expected to be charged with murder, although no motive has been disclosed. Authorities are investigating the circumstances leading up to the shooting and are reviewing surveillance footage from the courthouse.  The small community of Whitesburg, where the incident took place, is reeling from the violence, with local officials expressing their condolences and urging prayers for the families involved. Judge Mullins, who served in the 47th Judicial District, oversaw a range of cases, including juvenile matters and domestic violence. The Kentucky Court of Justice has stated that it will assist in the investigation, which is being led by the Attorney General's office in collaboration with local prosecutors.  [Read More Here]( Miami man among 2 charged in $230 million cryptocurrency theft and laundering scam  A Miami man, Malone Lam, is facing charges after being arrested for allegedly participating in a scam that involved stealing and laundering over $230 million in cryptocurrency alongside California resident Jeandiel Serrano. The FBI apprehended both men on Wednesday night, following a raid on a waterfront property in Miami. Lam, a Singaporean citizen who uses the online aliases âAnne Hathawayâ and â$$$,â and Serrano, known as âVersaceGodâ and â@SkidStar,â have reportedly been involved in these illegal activities since at least August.  Authorities claim the duo and their accomplices fraudulently accessed victims' cryptocurrency accounts to transfer funds into their possession. They utilized various methods to launder the stolen cryptocurrency, including using mixers, pass-through wallets, and virtual private networks to conceal their identities. In one notable case, they obtained over 4,100 Bitcoin from a victim in Washington, D.C. The laundered funds were spent on luxury items and lifestyles, including international travel, expensive cars, and designer goods.
