Truth to Power is different from other PACs—but we still rely on your donations to fuel our movement. [Truth to Power PAC]( In just about every way imaginable, Truth to Power is different from other PACs out there. Other PACs take in huge sums from dark money networks and millionaire megadonors looking to advance their own political interests. We refuse their money. We’re not beholden to anyone but our grassroots donors. Other PACs promise to spend your donations to advance worthwhile causes—only for your money to disappear into an untraceable void. We’re clear and transparent about where donors’ support goes. We use your contributions to help Truth to Power’s endorsed candidates—anti-corruption champions who will continue Katie’s fight to get big money out of politics once they’re elected to Congress. Other PACs are a vessel for special interest groups to influence the outcome of elections and harm our democracy. We’re a force to offset that. By providing support for candidates who refuse to take donations from corporations, we can prevent big money donors from buying elections on behalf of industry-friendly candidates. We couldn’t be more different from other PACs. We rely solely on donations from people like you to support our work. Truth to Power couldn’t exist without the backing of thousands of grassroots supporters from across the country, who are willing to chip in to help us elect the next generation of anti-corruption champions in Congress. [So as we approach our mid-month fundraising deadline today, we’re hoping you will make your first contribution to Truth to Power. Help us hit our fundraising goal—and help our candidates win this November.]( [Donate ›››]( We’re not like other PACs. We do rely on contributions to fuel our movement. We hope you’ll make one today. Thank you. Truth to Power Katie Porter started Truth to Power to support Democrats who reject corporate PAC money and are running to protect the environment, restore the nationwide right to an abortion, and create an economy that works for working people.
