(Getty Images) Off the Ballot In a stunning ruling, the Colorado Supreme Court removed Donald Trump from the presidential primary ballot, reversing a lower court’s decision. The ruling said: "A majority of the court holds that President Trump is disqualified from holding the office of President under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution.” Here’s a look at [what that provision means](, plus the other states using similar arguments to try to bar Trump from the race. Reproductive rights: An Ohio woman who suffered a miscarriage is being charged with felony abuse of a corpse. Brittany Watts, 33, went to hospital three times in four days due to bleeding. On the third occasion, she told staff that she'd had a miscarriage in her bathroom at home, and they called the police. “Ms. Watts suffered a tragic and dangerous miscarriage that jeopardized her own life. Rather than focusing on healing physically and emotionally, she was arrested and charged with a felony,” her attorney told CNN. Doubling down: Donald Trump is standing by his claim at the weekend that immigrants are “poisoning the blood of our country."
